If you have ugly green stuff on your roof call Nomoss they will fix your problem they also clean concrete and clean your gutters too. Great work at a fair price.

We called No Moss yesterday and were met with a contempt and aggressive owner who communicated that he knew more about our roof and what we needed, then we did. The owner was rude, didn't listen to what we were asking for, and gave us a 10 minute sales pitch before even listening to what we were asking for. If you want to be bullied, told that this company knows more about your house by looking at google earth, and pressured to pay for services you don't need, then by all means, go with this company. Otherwise, stay far away.

This is the second time I have used No Moss. The first time Chris came and introduced himself and his company. He was cleaning my neighbor's roof and saw my green sidewalk. This year I looked for his card and called to have an estimate done. He sent me an aerial view of my roof and awning which both had a severe case of Black Bacteria and explained the damage it can do. Google Maps had the right house but the wrong street so Chris came to my house and did a visual inspection of the property. He gave me an estimate with a breakdown of the costs so I could choose what to have cleaned. I made the choice to have him do everything--roof, house, awnings, patio, etc. Chris's son and Miles did a thorough and professional job on my property. I will be calling No Moss again in a few years when the green moss shows up on my sidewalks and patio.

There is an old refrain that states: That service comes after the sale.
In 2017 we had our roof soft washed by Chris and his sons.They are by far one of the most professional and polite people to work with. After the soft wash to the roof in 2017, it removed all the green/yellow moss, but after the winter, I noticed that there were some very stubborn black discoloration on the roof tiles. I called Chris in 2018, he took one look at the roof and he immediately said: We stand by our product and our warranty. We made a quick appointment and they came back and re-cleaned all our gutters and re-sprayed our roof. It looks much better already and I will wait for the rain and the elements to work with the soft wash system. As they finished the job they told me if there was any problem or your not satisfied, please give us a call and we will make it right! That my friends is what you call: Service after the Sale!!!
