Jonathan and TJ responded on time to my appointment for their service. They were extremely pleasant to work with , went over my work order to ensure they had all the details down and then set to work.
When done, I went out to see what they had done and was pleased to see the tree trimming done and limb debris in my green waste, but more importantly a sparkling new looking clay tile roof, with no discoloration or moss anywhere!

Chris came out and gave me a menu of pricing options, so I could pick what fit my budget and needs best. And then the office scheduled the cleaning soon after and two really pleasant fellas came out and took care of the work in a half day. I recommend them to anybody who's looking for this service!

I had them get rid of all the moss on my roof. Cleaned the patio and back yard. They even fixed a tile that was broke cleaned my gutters and sprayed my plants with food at no extra charge. Plus a 5 year warranty on the roof. They let me know when the would arrive told me what they were going to be doing. They were very polite and did excellent work. I will be have them again

My roof has not been cleaned ever and the moss buildup was ugly. I didn't think it could be cleaned. Well, after removal of a garbage can full of moss and the soft wash, my roof looks new again!

Jonathan and TJ went above and beyond. They showed up on time, scrubbed the heavy yellow lichen off, washed everything and cleaned up after themselves. Such professionals!

Scheduling was easy, they sent me a link to pick dates, billing was easy and the people....amazing! Family owned business and you can see the pride in their work.

Good experience. Everyone involved was polite, professional and competent. Job went fine but we had a minor issue with some electrical outlets and one light when they left. I called and they sent out one of their guys to see if he could fix the problem but he couldn't. They then sent out an electrician who, after a bit, figured out the issue--a GFI outlet hidden behind a cabinet was tripped--and got it all up and running. In short it was great customer service.

No Moss did a great job on our roof spray, gutter cleaning, and gutter guard installation, and I highly recommend them. Scheduling the consultation and estimate was really easy. The inspector was very thorough and took a fair amount of time with me to make sure I understood everything and to show me why he was recommending what he was recommending. After that, it was really easy to schedule the spray and gutter work. The day of the job, Jordan and Jonathan worked their tails off all day. They basically worked nonstop for around 6 hours to get everything done in one day. They were also very professional and personable. After the job was done, the company sent me extensive before and after photos so I could see all the work that was done. I think they did an amazing job.
