Technicians were friendly, and got right to work. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof cleaned.

My experience with NoMoss started with a letter from my home insurance company saying I had organic growth on my roof that needed to be taken care. Looked these guys up and saw the services they provided and requested a quote. I got a call right back from Annette, who is probably one the most pleasant people you will ever encounter, and got an estimate set up. Brandon showed up right on time and was diligent, courteous, and professional and had a detailed quote emailed to me within an hour. He had an array of services quoted but he was never pushy and didn't try to force services I didn't need. On the day of the service, Chris and his crew showed up and got right to work, did an amazing job, and left everything cleaner then when they arrived. Service came with a 3 year warranty and I will definitely use these guys in the future if needed

All workers were fast and very thorough. They were pleasant and cooperative - willing to go the extra mile. They cleaned our roof of all moss and debris. Chris was very helpful and honest - actually recommenced we not pay him to do the next step which was spraying, since he could see that our roof was deteriorating fast and we would need a new roof. He said we should use the money on a new roof instead of paying him to spray. We were very impressed overall. I would definitely recommend No Moss!

No Moss did an excellent job cleaning my roof and house exterior. Rather than using harmful pressure washers, No Moss used a cleaning method called SoftWash to clean and sanitize my roof and siding. I was also given a 5 year moss free warranty on the roof! The technicians that came out to my house were very professional and careful. The office staff were very polite and efficient.

I would recommend No Moss to anyone looking to get their roof and home exterior cleaned correctly.

Based on their excellent reviews, I contacted No Moss for roof and solar panel cleaning. Brandon was out to do an estimate the next day. I had a question about the equipment used on the solar panels, and Chris answered it promptly. I accepted the bid and was scheduled for the following day, today. Chris and Jonathan arrived on schedule, got right to work, and did a spectacular job of removing at least 20 years of moss and lichen buildup. The roof looks new (it's 30 years old) and will only look better as the spray takes full effect. The solar panels look better than when they were installed, and I'm sure it will make a significant difference in power generation. I appreciated the care they took to safeguard and protect plants and trees, as well as their diligence in cleaning up. As I told Chris, I will be recommending No Moss to all of my neighbors and friends. Their attention to detail is off the charts!

Our gutters (including downspout) and backyard patio cover needed some TLC so Chris (company owner) and one of his employees performed the clean-up and ensured that we would be ready for the winter season. Chris went beyond the requested work to remove some extra debris left behind by the roofing company that performed some previous repairs. He did not charge us for the extra work that needed to performed and saved us about $200.00 They did a thorough job and went over every detail of the completed project. Annette, who coordinated and scheduled our project was very helpful in being able to get us an appointment within a couple of days once she was notified of a cancellation that same day. We will definitely recommend NO MOSS and will be contacting them to perform our asphalt roof cleaning, house wash and install a raindrop gutter guard system. Chris is very honest and explained everything we requested in detail. The proposal he provided for us was fairly priced or even better than other comparable businesses, and each service can be purchased ""a la carte"" or any combination of packages.

With recent rains, I noticed that I was getting serious water dripping from seams in our gutters. Quick inspection confirmed downspout drains were clogged and there was considerable debris and what appeared to be thick mud in all the gutters. Called several 'gutter' cleaning companies for quotes. All were in the same dollar range, but No Moss stood out with their inspection thoroughness, 'before' photo's, and comments on condition of our roof. Also provided a veteran discount which was much appreciated. With additional rain forecasted for the following week, Chris was able to schedule us before then. His crew of Joe and Raden called to let us know when they would be there, were on time, did a great job, showed us 'after' photo's and cleaned up everything. Won't let the gutter cleaning go for another 9 years and will have No Moss keep them clean regularly going forward. Thanks Chris.

We had an unusual day of rain in the late summer/early fall this year. I had a waterfall spring on the back patio and realized one of the gutters was clogged. I'm a typical DIHerself person when it comes to home repairs, so I started to clean the debris from the gutters. I noticed some unusual moss growth on the northside of the roof, and that's when I knew I needed to hire a professional.

I first did some research on what causes the moss and how it can be treated, and also sought the advice of friends. A friend's parents used an unlicensed handyman that sprayed chlorine on the roof and it destroyed some of the paint on the side of the house.

I started contacting contractors listed on Yelp, and shockingly there were more willing to pressure wash the roof with water than to treat the issue. One even told me he could try a treatment he saw at Home Depot. Sorry, I don't want my house to end up like my friend's parents with paint peeling. I wanted someone who knew what they're doing.

No Moss was the ONLY company that exceeded my expectations. The owner, Chris, was very responsive and able to meet with me within one business day. He inspected my roof, solar panels and gutters. He took photos and showed me the areas that needed treatment. There were a few cracked tiles that he said they could also take care of. Chris was knowledgeable in what causes the moss, how they could remove and treat it, and their treatment plan also included a preventative from the moss returning right away. I appreciated their 5 year warranty as well.

I didn't need to take a day off of work when they came to do the job, and it was completed in less than a day. I came home to the cleanest roof and solar panels in the neighborhood! I'm thankful they were able to take care of a project I could not have completed myself, and at an affordable cost. I highly recommend No Moss for your roof, solar panel and gutter needs.
