I contacted another Leaks Roofing through Yelp and they were very responsive, Hector came out the next day to check my area I said was leaking around a skylight and looked over the rest of the roof. Not knowing the exact state of the roof Hector reassured me it was in good shape just some maintenance and seals needing done. The price was reasonable and didn't try selling me anything I didn't need. While the team was working I received pictures and videos of the roof and what they found and just to show new things out just to say how good of shape it was in in certain areas. I had one company try to tell my whole skylight needed taken out and just build in the roof) but Hector said no that's not true and even said the skylight is in good shape Jay needed resealed. I will use them again if l/when needed.

We had a very bad leak on a flat torch roof around a skylight in our main bathroom. I had previously had some work done around that area to have it patched up, but it still continued to leak. That's when I reached out to No Leaks Roofing Company. Hector came out and assessed the area and showed me pictures of where water was coming in due to a bad skylight installation as well as bad patch job done by a previous roofer. Hector gave me a couple of options and wasn't pushy about the more expensive full replacement option. He mentioned he could try re patching the area, but it would be done right if he replaced the skylight completely and the surrounding area. We decided to go with this option and have the entire area re done. Hector showed me before and after pictures as well as progress pictures of his work along the way. I feel confident in the work he has done and his warranty on his work. Hector also pointed out some potential areas on my roof I should keep an eye on. I'll be contacting No Leaks Roofing Company for any needs going forward!

Hector's company was on-time, reliable and responsible. I had several quotes (one no-showed, and one didn't even go up on the roof before presenting an estimate for an area of my roof that didn't need to be fixed). Enter Hector and No Leaks Roofing. Hector spent a good amount of time on my roof texting me pics of what needed repair as he went. He was concise and did not try to up-sell me in things I didn't need.
On repair day, not only was he was on time, his team was neat, clean and respectful. There was no trash on the ground as he went and he left my property immaculate. Better yet, he took pics snd videos throughout the day of his repairs so I knew exactly what he was doing. I cannot recommend him enough!! Fair and reasonable pricing for top quality work!!
