My husband was working on replacing the baseboards in our house when he found a bit of black mold and water damage behind our baseboards from our leaking roof in our second floor master bedroom.

We were kind of shocked/stressed because we were not expecting mold and water damage on our subfloor as well as drywall/we were also on a time crunch to complete baseboards because we had a carpet installation appointment that was supposed to take place about week from when we discovered the leak and water damage.

I looked around Yelp and happened across No Leaks Roofing and their amazing reviews. I called them to make an appointment, the owner Hector picked up immediately and was able to schedule us in the next day for a roof assessment and quote.

He came out on time, had a guy with him and physically went onto our roof to assess the leak area as well as take a look at our whole roof. He took his time to check over the roof (don't break any of our tiles), took many photos and carefully explained the leak area as well as explained the maintenance needed for the rest of our 30 year old roof. I felt that he was very meticulous and knowledgeable in his profession and took his time to explain to me everything he found, and was kind enough to repeat everything to my husband who arrived 30 mins after the inspection started.

His price quote to fix the leak in our roof + the maintenance for the rest of the roof was very reasonable. (I had also gotten another quote from another company and No Leaks Roofing quote was much more reasonable and appreciated) It was a no brainer to hire Hector. He was able to fit us in on Saturday (two days after I first reached out to him for inspection). Him and his crew took all of Saturday to work our roof, they were working non stop.. from about 9am to 6pm.. I was pretty amazed. They also came back on Monday to finish up a little bit work for a few hours, but all in all they did a great job and my husband and I are really satisfied with their work. Because we went with No Leaks Roofing (who completed the job so quickly and thoroughly) our carpet installation appointment didn't even have to be changed.

In short, if you have any roof issues, don't hesitate to go with No Leaks Roofing, they are passionate about their work, really fast and provide quality service for very reasonable price! Thanks Hector for taking our stress away and fixing our roof!

Laguna Niguel. Skylight replacement. Hector and his team did a great job. They were timely and easy to contact. Price was excellent. The day of install was super easy. We had no disruptions at all. Truly outstanding owner, crew, and experience with Hector!

Thankfully, while researching vendors to repair our skylight, I found No Leaks Roofing...one company would not provide any information except to say - without seeing my issue - that I needed a new skylight!

From the initial call throughout the process, Hector was incredibly professional, transparent, clearly stated I didn't need a new skylight, but most likely repairs to the roof and new sealant around the skylight. He immediately provided an incredibly fair and reasonable quote and able to schedule my work for a few days later.

Sure enough, today upon initiating the work, under the small rocks, they found a sizeable hole in the roof. Hector thoroughly explained what was needed to repair, emphasized - more than once - my warranty and that if there was a leak, they would return without charge.

Hector and his team are stellar!! I've already referred to my neighbors for their roof repairs and of course, cannot recommend highly enough.
