Very disappointed with the work and service of this company. The roof leaked right after it was put on and they left a bottle in one of the roof vents and is still there. The leaks did damage to the ceiling in our den and they said they would repair the drywall damage and never did. They came out 3 times to fix the leak and never did fix it. The flashing was not done properly and the vinyl siding they removed to do it was put back on all wrong and never put back on properly. We had to do it ourself. I was a GC at one time and this was the worse job I ever seen. Not to mention they took months to show up to do the job after we contracted them to do so.

Very disappointed in the work. Ridge vent cuts were horrible. Not sure if they expected the homeowner to go into the attic to look. Looks as if they just poked holes with a hammer. Ridge vent openings are covered over with roofing paper. Basically, we have no ridge vent circulation for the whole 70 linear feet we paid for. Trim wood repairs were less than amateur. It's not every day you buy a new roof. Can't say we're happy we choose them.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Stay far away from this company. They are incredibly nice and responsive until the job starts or you have an issue. Then it's crickets. Their crew is messy and do not care about cleanup or how things look as long as the job is ""done"". I'm using the word done loosely. They didn't finish or fixed what they committed to. Still cleaning up my yard because of their complete lack of knowledge on how you leave a customers home when you are done.
Complete waste of my time and money. If I could go back, I would have told the guy who quoted the roof for us to shove it. So disappointed and disgusted with this company.

The team installed the roof and as far as the roof goes the quality is fine. The issue is that you can not get a return call for issues. We had a dryer that needed to be replaced and when we were scheduling a cleaning of the vent duct that runs through the roof, we noticed that they had damaged the vent duct and that dryer lint was blowing into our attic (fire hazard). We had to clean up the build up of lint and when we got to the roof vent the contractor installed a mesh vent that is not acceptable per code. This was causing the vent to blow in the attic. I called three times in Dec, sent an email and provided photo texts to the No1 representative. I have still not received a call back to repair and they have not provided any response. I keep being told that the owner will respond and have had nothing but radio silence for the past month. If we wouldn't have lost the dryer(which could be caused by the clogged vent release) we never would have known there was an issue. The roof work was completed and the actual craftsmanship is not the reason for the negative review. The issue is that they damaged something, installed the wrong vent cap, and refuse to call back to handle their damage.

I've used this roofing company several times in the past and wanted to get an estimate for a home addition roof and a detached garage roof. Lauren kept telling me over and over again that Chris the estimator will get back to me but he never did. Apparently they don't want business anymore. Now they're out of a $27,000 job and my future business.
