Do not use this roofing contractor. They are not a professional roofing company. They don't have insurance or a business license to operate in the city.

Dede arrived at my house promising service, and took a piece of my chimney to get repaired and then never returned my phone calls and refuses to acknowledge my text messages.

I'm not really sure why, because I was willing to pay her for her services, and gave her a blank check to fix my chimney.

I'm also considering this business to small claims court.

If I could give minus stars I would. DeeDee presented well but did a bad job, leaving many areas of our canyon home roof and many entry points unsealed properly. We had a leak shortly after work was completed and she did not respond promptly, then said this was not under warranty, she was ""pondering"" what happened, then finally told us it appeared to be a ""siding"" issue (it was not) so we needed a contractor and she couldn't help us. We had to located another roofer who knew what he was doing, who has since sealed the roof properly and pointed out that what she had done was unprofessional and left many areas of our roof vulnerable. We basically wasted $5000 on DeeDee's job.

Very honest roofer. Good price. Very knowledgeable about roofing and provided me with some samples and suggestions. Great communication. She does the estimates for CA Roof Life Company.

Fair fair fair and honest. I was surprised to see ""the lady roofer"" she actually went on the roof and sent the bid via my email and was the BEST price and kept me informed each step of the way. Brought me samples and gave many referrals. I called two of them and they were also very happy with ""the lady roofer"" her name is DEEDEE. Hey guess what she speaks 5 languages too, cool
