Had him come out to inspect my roof for repair estimate. The next day I received email with quote and I responded that I would like to approve the work. I didnt get a response through the email so i called and was told there will be a docu sign sent to my email. Never received it. Never got a call. I dont understand why but dont let em waste your time.

Well he answered his phone quickly but after that he promised to show up between noon and 1 that day. I had a leak in my roof so I was happy he was coming same day. Not only did he not show up but he didn't call either. I tried calling him and got no answer.

After last week storm in Northern California, I noticed a very small drip stain in my staircase ceiling. I knew the gutter was in good condition - hence expected the worst. I contacted NL roofing based on positive review. Nelson picked up the phone and scheduled an appointment. On the appointment day he called me 40 minutes ahead and showed up during agreed upon time window. He found out a small gap in the sidewall trim that he sealed and let me know that the roof is in very good condition. He did not want to up sell anything and he kept his masks on throughout. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him without any hesitation.

Nelson and co did a fantastic job on my tear off and re-roof! And they got it all done just before the historic rain storm. I highly recommend them and will be calling them in 5-10 years when my other roof needs the same treatment.

Additionally they were super attentive to everything I asked for. I made a somewhat odd request and asked that they leave behind any underlayment they didn't use so I could use it on a small job I was working on. Honestly, I figured they would forget. But nope! Underlayment, shingles, all extras were left right where I asked them. Amazing!
