We were referred to this service by our landscaping and plant supplier Ruibal's of Texas. A friend of a friend kind of thing. Terrible workmanship and the worst customer service. They do not back their work products. Our pergola was very poorly built and sagged within a few months of being built. We tried multiple times to get Boo Bradbury, Managing Partner (469) 422-9097 and his crew back out but to no avail. We even escalated this many times to the person at Ruibals who referred them to us. He also tried to resolve the issue with Bradbury on our behalf but to no avail. We had other roofing contractors out to inspect and review the work and they wrote up and documented all the things that were wrong with the pergola construction. Bottom-line, we had to pay for the pergoala to be completely reengineered and reconstructed. Furthermore, NJB Roofing didn't install any safety stop features with the rolling gate they installed which we learned is out of code. BUYER BEWARE. There are so many other honest and capable vendors out there who care about their work product. Boo Bradbury is not one of them.

I had a few shingles in a row that came loose around the end of last year. I had gotten a couple of quotes but had not done anything, since it was not in a very conspicuous place. We had some straight line winds about a week ago, which damaged the row of shingles above the previous spot. I called these guys on Good Friday and they came out about an hour later to look at it. Very reasonable quote and because rain was forecasted for the next week, they were able to replace the shingles that same afternoon. Very happy with the work and would use them again.

Nick Bradberry and his team were awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and honest, could tell they are good people doing good work. My new roof looks awesome, was handled quickly with great attention to detail and direct oversight by Nick. They also made the process with my insurance very easy! Would highly recommend if you need a new roof, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They gained a customer for life!

Having had a fire and roof claim all within an 8 month period of time, I have dealt with a lot of contractors recently. I was referred to NJB Roofing by my insurance agent, and I couldn't be happier. Nick and the team are just REAL. That is hard to come by in the roofing world! They don't over promise, they don't have that greasy used car salesman vibe - they tell you what they can do, what they can't, and are very clear so every one is on the same page with the job. They bend over backwards to make sure that everything was done timely, and as close to perfect as possible. They are the ONLY contractors I have worked with where i have had literally ZERO complaints. They did my roof, trim, fascia and gutters, and I'm going to hire them to do my fence and replace my siding. I'm so glad I have found a company that can do just about ANYTHING my home needs, but are honest if its something they don't do just to make a quick buck. Very stand up company. Highly recommended!
