Maybe they're good maybe they're not. I'll never know. After a huge downpour we had 3 small leaks show up in our house. I suspect it came from the flashing where the roof comes down then goes out. It's a metal roof. I went by their office and talked to a nice guy who took my name address and phone #. He said he'd have someone come by and take a look. He did ask me if I needed a new roof and I said no it just needs some repair. That was a week ago and still have not gotten a phone call. I have to assume they are busy and don't have time for repair work. Ok, that's fine but you could take 30 seconds to give me a call and let me know that you can't get to me right now. My theory is if they don't take time to call you when you're trying to give them business then I doubt they'd give you the time of day if you had a problem. I doubt I'll ever use them.

They have been great to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone. They have come out and fixed a roof 2 different times that they did not install in 2 different places. They did the job right and responded fast. They are who I have recommended to friends and I have a call into them now to check out our roof after a hail storm on 2 houses. I have only had great experiences with this company. I will call them first for a repair or replacement.

Don't waste your time with them. I contacted them in May about a leak in my roof. They came out to look at the roof and told me they would get me information on repairing it within a week. That was two months ago. I have called several times and left messages to please call me. They do not return my calls.

I pointed to 2 neighboring houses to show the color I wanted. Nixon put on a totally different color. Much lighter than I wanted. I was not happy. NixonRoofing's comment: Maybe you'll get lucky and have a big hail storm then you can get the color you want.""
Every time I look at my roof, I am reminded how much I will NEVER use Nixon again.
Additionally, there were roofing nails and other trash/ materials left all round the perimeter of our house including a piece that chipped our mower blade.
