STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS! Ben Heckendorf was the Austin, TX salesperson who came to my home promising a $3000 check from his commission, a huge tax credit giving me a IRS refund according to his calculations, and a depreciation credit the following year with the IRS--claiming this would be handled by Nivo. NONE OF THIS HAS BEEN TRUE! I have called for months and even given a supervisor's name: Rachael Burkman and she claimed to have sent a check from her Billing dept for $3000 to stand behind what Ben Heckendorf said he would promise. I even sent her all the text messages of Ben's promises and pictured below. Solar panels have not cut my electric bill and my loan starts at the end of May 2025. This company sends you around to voicemails and emails FOR MONTHS (Since Nov 2024 & its now May 2025). No answer to the lies and I will report this on every form of social media I can!
