Adriana O.Integrity and trust, words they use to describe their business, are way too far from what this company really stands for. My home was hit hard by the hail storm last year. I was referred to this company by a friend, and at first they seemed reliable and professional. Long story short, the manager took the two checks cut by the insurance, and promised to do all the repairs without charging my deductible. They did replace the roof and a fixed a couple of things. But, they never finished the job: gutters, fence paint, window trims, garage doors, etc. After months of calls and being lied to, the manager finally said he was not doing the job, unless I paid him the deductible. He never answered my calls again, and My home is waiting for repairs. I feel fooled and scammed by these people, including his owner, and all secretaries that played along their game. Please refrain from doing business with this company or Construction 35, which is another name they use on their paperwork.
Klay D.This company was a no show. I had an appointment scheduled, waited 15 mins after scheduled time and called to confirm someone was coming. Was told they would check but did not receive a call back so I called again 30 mins later. Was told they would check again. Still no return call. Waited another 30 mins and called back and was told they were unable to contact anyone and they must have forgotten about the appointment. They wasted my time and were very unprofessional for not showing up for the scheduled appointment.
