nick is great. first his pricing is great, about 15k cheaper than the major companies i called and second i'm getting ADUs built in my backyard and even without a clear completion date on my end he was willing to get me pricing and talked me through all the options i had in the type of system while others didn't give me the time of day when they found out im not quite ready yet. he's very responsive and his team is great.
