We recently purchased a house in Coconut Creek, Fl back in May 2024 and the seller contracted this roofing company to replace the roof. Needless to say, the quality of service is subpar at best and our roof has been leaking since then. We've called, texted, left voicemails, went through our Realtor to reach out to have SOMEBODY come out and repair the leak from the roof. We are STILL waiting for them to even SHOW UP and examine this issue! It's literally been 6 months and they NEVER came back to the property to fix the problem! This is truly the worst experience we've had with any contractor. Needless to say, there's still a leak and they have yet to HONOR the 10 year warranty! We've contacted the BBB and our family lawyer to handle this because we've exhausted all other options at this point.


My husband HAS MET you during the roof installation sweetheart. Not sure what ME meeting you have to do with you NOT HONORING YOUR WARRANTY. Do you need me to upload the contract on here to show how ""fake"" this review is!? How convenient of you to have sooo much time on your hands to respond to this NEGATIVE review when you've canceled on yet ANOTHER appointment you made with us to look at the roof. Our experience with you has been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and that's been proven in text messages and call-logs and the lack of repair for months!

I hired Scott the owner of the company back in July for a small project renovation, got me workers that cut corners, and did a very poor job.
the tile grout line was uneven, and sloppy tile cuts around. The baseboard had no caulking just simply covered with paint and already shows cracking.
Did not follow the contract agreement that we stated.
Scoot had given me empty promises time after time to complete the job but never did. I had to hire a new contractor. Nexxt Level Roofing & Repairs was
very unprofessional and sloppy. I will not recommend this company to anyone due to the quality of work and service is horrible.
