EXCELLENT service and work! The owner Adrian is extremely friendly, honest, trustworthy, professional and patient to work with. Those factors alone made the roofing project less stressful for us because we were dealing with a roof leak after a bad storm.

After sifting through 5 roofing estimates we chose NextGen Roofing and we are so glad we did.

1. Their estimate was right in the middle of the highs and lows we received.
2. Their estimate was clear and easy to understand (its amazing how that was not true for all of the estimates)
3. Adrian was responsive throughout the estimate process.
4. Adrian was straightforward and clear about what additional costs for rot etc could potentially run.
5. They offer a ten year warranty on their work. (the lower and mid ranged priced estimates we got tended to come with 5 year or no warranty)

Once we selected NextGen everything went super smooth from there. The crew (which included his dad) was great. Cleaned up every day. Answered all our questions. Worked with me to keep the rafter tails on our craftsman bungalow intact and looking aesthetically balanced as they repaired some of them. We upgraded to Solaris shingles and the cost was minimal. Additional labor costs for rot repairs ended up exactly in the ballpark that Adrian had estimated. No awful sticker shock when the work was finished. Everything had been communicated clearly and beforehand.

They supplied photos and videos of the work as it progressed. And they did a great job on final clean up - particularly in the attic.

Once the work was done we notice we were getting some condensation dripping each morning off one corner of the roof onto our deck. Adrian was immediately responsive, he came out and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently.

All around they are a great company to work with. They are a family business that takes great pride in their work and it shows. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

We just had our roof replaced and chose NextGen Roofing - they did an excellent job. We interviewed three different companies and while NextGen was the most cost effective, they also did great work. Adrian, his father Mario, and the rest of the crew were very professional and easy to work with. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves each day and were careful not to impact our yard or parking space. They were also very considerate with our neighbors with the noise level and parking issues. They had a full crew with 6 or so guys working daily and they finished the job well ahead of schedule. There were no hidden costs and they came in right on budget. We had a few questions for them along the way and they got right back to us. They made the process easy and did quality work. Highly recommend.

Adrian and his staff are so competent and skilled it is a delight to post a review. I called Adrian after a negative experience with a contractor who had done poor quality work. Not only was Adrian efficient he documented the problems so and provided solutions. The work was done quickly and they took great care not to have their work impact our garden. Just wanted to share the experience I had with NextGen Roofing when I replaced my roof.

Adrian,Mario,Thomas and all the staff were very considerate to not only myself but also my neighbours as getting can be Avery dirty experience.

They not only did a first class job on the roof but stayed in Communication with me during the project.

They also cleaned up daily and saw the project as a nice completion.

If you are looking for a new roof, look no further! Nextgen just replaced my old roof wth a beautiful energy saving Owens Corning roof and they did an amazing job. The customer service I experienced was amazing. Adrien, his father and their crew were prompt, worked with speed and cleaned the area each day prior to leaving. i interviewed 5 roofing companies and Nextgen gave me the best price for what I believe is a great roof!

Great experience working with Mario & Son. On-time, on-budget, cleaned up each day and did a great job. Everyone on the job was friendly, professional and responsive. Adrian did a great job of explaining the work and how they were addressing problem areas. I got 4 bids and Mario & Son was the first one - I wasted my time getting the other three. The other company's were just awful.

Fantastic experience working with Adrian and Mario. Unlike other roofers, Adrian made sure to schedule an appointment when I would be home so that we could meet in person and discuss the job. Although they weren't the lowest estimate, their price was very reasonable, with the longest guarantee anyone offered and high quality materials. I felt good about going with them. Adrian explained everything very clearly so that there were no surprises. Their team was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Mario introduced himself while the work was taking place, and was a pleasure to talk to. He is very experienced in the industry, and clearly runs an honest business with his son.
