Jim T.I hope other people have had better experiences with this company than we have had. Being a veteran myself, I favor veteran owed and operated companies. We scheduled a first visit to review our project and to get the ""ball rolling"". We were scheduled for Monday afternoon between 12-2:00. At 1:55 I called the company to inquire about the sales person I was to meet with. The person said he thought she was out to lunch. I stated who I was. My scheduled time was verified and I was told that they needed to reschedule because of inclement weather. I initially rescheduled for the following day but then reconsidered. Anyone who is so inconsiderate not to call to reschedule because of the weather, doesn't deserve our business. Poor business practices!
