Hired Next Level to do some roof work and they did show up very early and got the work done. However, they did not file permits for the work as required. When we asked them to do this, they said they would take care of it. Time has passed and according to the local gov records, no permit has been filed. Not only do they not follow local laws, they do not do what they say they will do.

I did my research on roofing companies and found 3 that have the ""Master Elite"" certification from GAF (a roofing shingle company) and all 3 had superior Google, Yelp, Home Advisor and Angie's List reviews. I had each one come out to give me an estimate. I chose Next Level Roofers because they were cheaper than the others, but they were also able to save my gutters. They replaced the drip edge and then put my gutters right back on. The other 2 companies were not going to do that for me and one of them was going to charge me $250.00 to rip my 4 year old gutters down and dispose of them! Then I would have had to pay a gutter company to get new ones...um, no...that's kind of a no-brainer if you ask me. They also offered the Silver Pledge manufacturers warranty. Next Level has the most amazing staff in the office and this company is run by an entire family. They came on time, did an amazing job, kept me informed about everything that was happening and I was able to text with the project leaders during the days they were here because I had some questions (which were taken seriously and on time). I have been deeply burned by the construction industry in the past, so I am super cautious about getting the right people to work on my house. The only thing they could improve on is the clean up afterwards, we did find nails surrounding the house and driveway. Next Level gave me a great price, an excellent job, amazing people to do the job and restored a little faith in the construction industry. Thanks Next Level...outstanding job!
