So far so good. I saw their post on social media but I was skeptical so I made the call and I spoke to them for a couple of minutes over the phone. They seem professional and knew what they were talking about but I was still skeptical so I said I'll call them back. I did some more research on social media and then landed on this yelp and it seem weird that social media showed everything good yet this page didn't so I went ahead and contact them back and setup an appointed so they came and really helped me understand how everything works with the ADU and process in general along with the permits, plans and even financing. They seem very knowledgeable and so far we have agreed to let them help us and peacefully say I'm confident that they are here to help the people not take advantage of them as I have compared different companies, pricing and options and they by far have been the ones that had given me more information than necessary and competitive price. I was a customer of next level adu builders they install hvac system and upgraded electrical box.That's when Marco Gonzalez was in our home and must have taken pictures of our kitchen post them on this page claiming they remodeled when in fact they did not . Laura P Stated that they did amazing job on her kitchen and posted pictures it's my kicthen not her's.Marco Gonzales as business owner should not false advertise.

Next Level ADU Builders did such an amazing job with my ADU. I decided to convert my garage about 1 year ago, but never felt confident enough to do it till I met these guys.

They even made a 3d design of what my 1 bedroom would look like before I even signed with them. The process has been very stress free and with nothing but quality work every step of the way.

We are now nearing final inspection and I couldn't be happier! Ps. Did I mention they helped me with financing? I seriously couldn't have done it without them. I highly recommend them & this type of investment if you're still on the fence about it

Spoke to the president of the company and he was professional. However, enclosing our conversation he guaranteed to send us his layout plans and options to set an appointment to see his work. We provided our emails and time availability and he never followed up.
