Cannot say enough about Sam, Johnny, Mando, Josh and the Next Door team. Sam first came to my door over a year ago when I was interested but not ready to make my home improvements. I interviewed a half a dozen different solar contractors and they made the best impression and had very fair pricing. Very motivated as well as pragmatic about what was needed and what was not. The re-roof and solar install all happened much faster than anticipated, and all of the permitting and paperwork was handled efficiently and passed inspections immediately. I would highly recommend them for your solar and home improvement needs.

He was non pushy and very matter of fact when he came over After dealing with a bunch of pushy used car salesman trying to sell me solar , I immediately decided to go with him trusting his attitude . He got the job done on time for the end of year rebate even after rain days and having to hand the job off to his partner as he was going on holiday . Instal went smoothly with a nice trustworthy friendly crew . Very honest and all round an enjoyable experience which is unusual these days .

The team that came to do the install were very professional and they completed the job of installing 28 panels in 1.5 days. Not only did Tyler hook me up with solar panels, but he also included a brand new HVAC unit for my home! My house is so much cooler this summer and having the solar to offset the higher energy bills in the summertime is saving me a huge amount of money. As other reviewers have said here, Johnny Rhee does a very good job of managing the client relationship. From the moment you schedule the first meeting, he's ready with information about your property and potential solutions and the eventual cost. He provides pros and cons to different approaches to procuring your solar solution (more panels vs less panels, financing vs buying, etc.).

He helps with every stage of the process by being available via text/phone/email. If anything goes wrong, he offers very generous solutions to rectify the problem. I definitely recommend him and his company.

I had a double pane window replaced by Johnny. Overall the work was good and he Guaranteed that specific window for lifetime. Also Johnny spent quite a lot of time preparing a report of what it would cost me to switch to solar panels and whether it would be worth it. Very informative conversation.
