After replacing my entire roof, but neglecting to replace old flashing ( blamed insurance co.) and putting the old flashing back up after it had been ripped off and simply reinstalled and repaired with caulk, my roof leaked in less than a year adding mold to my attic. Even though I had a written guarantee on the job, they simply referred me to their lawyer. These guys are storm chasers!

The owner of this company isn't being forthcoming with his response to my review. After weeks, 5 as I remember, of waiting for them to have time to fix my issue, they did something to block phone calls from both myself and the warranty company. It was as if they didn't even exist anymore.
In addition, I'll add that since I didn't want to invest $1200 into a 15 year old system, so I asked for the cost to replace everything, condenser, inside unit, and furnace. Their estimate was $9500. I found an honest ac repairman who changed all three for only $4200. I guess that guy looked at my beautiful home and thought I was stupid.

They did two roofs for us due to hail damage a little over a year ago. The metal roof is leaking and absolutely no one will respond or come out to take care of it, and we have been calling for over a month. Have talked to three people, but no one ever gets back to us and most of the time, no phones are answered anywhere. We don't have the money for this and we supposedly had a 5 year warranty.

I had Newport replace my roof and it was an amazing company to work with that was communicative during the entire process. Did what they stated they would do, per contract, and a little more above what was required to ensure the extra mile was met.

Bad Contractor. Did not finish project, walked off project & had to be replaced As a GC, we see many types of Subcontractors & this is a bad apple.
