Our shingles blew off the roof during the windstorm on Jan 22ed 2022. We were out of town for a wedding and didn't know it had happened till the following Tuesday.I called a total of 5 different roofing contractors for quotes and the prices were all over the map. I chose Newhaus after meeting with salesman Arnold, who was very nice. He explained the whole process and showed us the shingles they use and said they could start the demolition within a couple days. With rain in the forecast I was very worried it couldn't be done before the storm came. But Arnold's crew came through and got it done just in time. After the rain I looked for leaks and there were none. They did a good job of cleaning up and our new roof looks great

I wanted to leave a quick review to let people know that they are not professional. I had a conversation the other day with a friend and he said that this is a contractor's market and they can choose not to be professional. I think I agree.

So for people who are interested in quality work and responsiveness, I would go elsewhere.

I had Paul and his team work on my roof starting in September 2021. It was supposed to be done in October 2021. Now let's be fair because it's the pandemic and there was rain, however, it's hard to use that excuse for 5 months straight in California.

For those who can afford it and value their time and their money, go with someone who values their time and money.

Newhaus responded to my need for a new roof after the first big rain storm came through. I scheduled an appointment to assess the work needed.

Gary and Sean were very helpful and explained the work/costs up front. Other options were also given. They even patched my roof with henry just in case of any more rain before the full roof demolition and install was completed.

Great quality roof and insulation. My house is pretty old and needed the insulation. The workers cleaned up after each day of work.

The inspector came out and approved the roof and my roof matches my freshly painted house. Thanks Newhaus.

Had a very bad experience with this company - feel that they were unethical and gouged us on pricing under duress when there were heavy rains. The workmanship was poor for a patch that didn't work and left a gaping hole exposed. They quoted us an exorbitant amount to replace the roof ($30k) when two separate quotes came back that it would cost less than $3k to repair. I tried to complain after an independent contractor said I should contact the Better Business Bureau and they were defensive and combative. I will never work with this company again. AVOID.

David and his team were very good. Spoke to few roofer company and I just couldn't trust them- gut feeling. Met David and his team - it was different and so I decided to go with their company. The whole presentation was informative and just makes sense. They are responsive and reliable. Roofing job is no joke and it's our first time doing a roof project. It took a bit longer than expected due to city inspection. It took nearly 2 1/2 weeks just to wait for the inspection before the start of the project. David answered my calls quick and gave me an answer as soon as possible and kept me updated of what's going on. Waiting is the hardest part of it all. Inspection, approval etc. I would recommend their company. My roof looks great .
