We had a persistent leak in our roof next to a roof-mounted a.c. unit. We had a new roof installed, the a.c.guy came out and sealed it, but the leak persisted, showing up whenever we had a big rain and wind. Tim came out the day after we called, figured out what was happening, then spent a couple of hours caulking and refastening the flashing. Big rain last night -- no leak! Responsive, reasonable, good guy to call for roof repair!

I'm completely happy with the work I had done by New World Roofing. We had some roofing issues caused by a substandard installation when our home was built, many years ago. I called out a few different roofing companies to give me a bid on the work.

New World Roofing was not the low bid, but their bid was apples and oranges to the other bids I received. Tim did a full roof inspection and uncovered some other issues, which he fully documented with photos and an explanation of what the issue was and what would need to be done to correct it.

In addition, the detailed, written proposal included two options. The first was essentially the ""quick fix"" proposed by other roofers. He fully explained why he did not recommend that, because it was not done properly in the first place. He pointed out that several other roofs in the neighborhood have the same issue and as I walked around the neighborhood, I saw that this was true. The ""quick fix"" would be if we wanted to sell the home soon. The second proposal was more costly, but we opted for it anyway, because now we have a roof that looks right and we don't have to worry about needing to fix again. Even if we sell it, I believe the better appearance, and the good feeling that I'm not saddling the buyer with a roofing issue down the road, will pay off.

Tim showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done on time and within the proposed cost. There ended up being some extra tasks that needed to be tended to, and Tim just ""took care of it"" without making a fuss or adding to the bill.

I've been burned by bad contractors and so I was wary about this project going in. Tim's professionalism from the start set my mind at ease, and the completed job completely validated my trust. 100% satisfied.

We called New World Roofing because we had a leak between our patio roof and house wall. I believe it was the owner who came out we were very impressed he took photos and showed us the problem. He came out the following day and caulked this for us. He was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Tim replaced the shake roof with a beautiful fireproof roof. It was a tedious job, every angle was different, but he was meticulous, taking his time to ensure it was done well. He also cleaned the roof valleys of debris and replaced several tiles from the house roof. He was dependable, cleaned up each day beautifully after his work and honest. I can't say enough positively about New World Roofing. I would recommend this company for any job --- small or large.
