New wave turned our old unfinished craftsman garage into an ADU. We had no prior experience with home renovations. The process could not have been more smoother and transparent from the design phase and throughout the construction phase. All team members involved worked closely with our architect to find innovative design solutions that met our goals while staying within our budget. Everything was detailed out in the scope of work, so there were no major surprises. Our lead carpenter was amazing to work with and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and the trade partners. He was exceptional in problem solving and paid great attention to every detail. We appreciated the high standards of health and safety protocols that were put in place (very important for us because of the old lead paint in the house and we have little kids and it was also during the pandemic). Throughtout the construction, they were very responsive and was easy to communicate with and helped to address any unexpected issues or questions promptly. We felt our project overall was handled with a lot of care and we highly recommend New wave design and build

We worked with New Wave and Eran Ozeri on our recently purchased home to renovate a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and some partial work in a third full bathroom. In addition to that we had four ceiling fans installed, some recessed lighting installed, and a fireplace wall tiled.

Eran and his crew were very easy to work with and went as smooth as you can hope. We are very happy with the finished product!

We decided to hire a construction company to remodel our master shower and bathtub. We did our due diligence and researched different companies, and decided that Eran Ozeri and New Wave Design was the right company for us. The project took 3 weeks, and at the end of that time we are quite pleased with the final results. There were of course hiccups along the way, but that is to be expected with any remodel job. We appreciated the communication, the kindness and consideration of the crew, and the attention to detail. Would recommend.

My wife and I were anxious about doing the projects due to the size of our house, having a newborn, and our inexperience with the construction process. Eran and his team did a great job on remodeling my bathroom. Eran helped guide me in choosing the right tile and fixtures. The team worked around my schedule and kept me up to date on the progress. Although we made a few changes along the way, I felt they worked to ensure I was happy with the work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We researched several companies for a full kitchen remodel. We had ERAN OZERI meet with us because he seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy and experienced in the field. We certainly learned impressions are VERY misleading. After several meetings and many times being provided an estimate of cost, we were surprised to then receive a quote 2x the amounts discussed beforehand. We spent over $10k in upfront engineering & drawing fees....which was a complete SCAM as we have checked with various other companies since and have had cost quoted and paid $3k (Not to mention the actual owner of the company was unaware of his dealings). A complete waste of time and money based on a very convincing salesman that ""treats you like family."" Not to mention the less than ethical result of him intending to refer us to a different company he was tied to as well. We are so disappointed because we spent 4 months working with him to be left without anything and spent quite a bit of money for it. I would NEVER recommend hiring ERAN as his interest are only for himself, not the customer. I've been in the real estate business 15+ years and unfortunately this is the ugly side of the business with people that bait customers for a quick buck to then leave customers without any recourse.

We had a guest bathroom done by Eran and his crew back in the beginning of 2021. He was so patient working with 3 of us with different ideas and budgets! I must say we were quite the challenge but he handled us with patience and grace. The project went so smoothly and they were done in 1 week!! When Eran schedules you, it is quick and easy. His contractors work hard and make it easy on the homeowner. We were so impressed that we decided to do our master bathroom with him as well. I will review that when it is done! So far so good, very excited. I highly recommend New Wave. Eran is the owner and he is at your job site daily to make sure things are done correctly and everything stays on track. Again, we were quite the challenge on the first job! His attention to detail and availability are outstanding. If we had an unlimited budget we'd do the 3rd bathroom as well!!!

We live in the downtown San Diego, the kitchen was old and out dated. We wanted to have a nice neat looking kitchen. We searched online and luckily we found Eran Ozeri. He was our project manager. Eran listened to us very carefully about our needs, and made very good suggestions. There are some rules and regulations to remodel downtown condos. Eran did all the necessary things to comply with the building requirements. We were worry free! During the remodeling process Eran contacted us and visited the site daily. He resolved all the issues that come up right away. We are using our trash and recycle bins a lot, we need three bins put in(trash, recycle and bottles), he shopped all over San Diego to find the strong pullout bins to fit our space. His workers did every job carefully. Eran has a good, skilled and smart team. In the end we got this beautiful kitchen just what we wanted. There is a limited space for the condo kitchen but Eran had it so beautifully designed. Thank you Eran and your team! Please see the before and after photos.
