We were very pleased working with Eran at New Wave. He and his team are friendly, punctual, organized, and professional. He is very committed to excellence and the final results in our bathroom remodels show just that! Eran is an excellent communicator, everyday throughout the project, so we knew what to expect every day. The job was finished completely on schedule. He went out of his way to complete our project exactly how we wanted, and patiently allowed us to make tweaks and adjustments until the result was perfect. Highly recommend!

If I could give higher than a 5 star review, I would. My husband and I bought a new home in September and we've had quite a few projects to tackle. I've been the primary project manager on most of them, including the projects on the condo we are renting out. I've had months of interaction with different kinds of contractors. I was feeling pretty disheartened, until I contacted Eran.

After 5 months of living in our home, we still needed help fixing the master bath shower pan. The home inspector disclosed that this was an issue and after several visits from a few potential contractors, we were still getting nowhere. I finally found someone who called back and followed up.

Eran came by and looked our problem and explained how things would work. He was extremely communicative from day one. It's so refreshing to find a professional contractor who truly cares for their clients. We felt that we were heard, guided and informed the entire way through our bathroom remodel.

Eran and his team are very thorough and they stayed on schedule. Each step of the process was handled professionally and with care. Eran checked in every day and provided us with a schedule for the next day. Our remodel is complete and we are so happy with the way it turned out. Our new shower feels like a fancy hotel shower and we are so glad we went with New Wave Remodeling. We have another project planned and look forward to working with Eran again.

We have worked with Eran on two projects now: installation of new fireplace and re-do of existing all and a full remodel of our master bath. Both projects ended being exactly what we wanted and were completed in the timeframe he expected. For the master bath remodel we tore down the entire space and installed everything new - steam shower, toilets, bathtub, new cabinets, sinks, floors, etc. He is an excellent communicator and handled the whole project as if it was his own house, with the ultimate care. He was also sweet enough to surprise my kids with sweet treats multiple times - he is a super nice guy. USE HIM! He is amazing!

New Wave Design and Build owner, Eran Ozeri, and his team were very easy to work with; their attention to detail is impressive Eran understood our vision and transformed the entire upper level of our home into a beautiful new living space. His communication skills are impressive, he contacted us daily and gave us updates throughout the build process. Eran takes great pride in his work. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with all elements of the remodel. Whenever the project encountered a problem, Eran always figured out a solution that didn't compromise the plan/design. Eran's funny sense of humor and easy-going personality made this remodel fun. We will definitely be using New Wave for our next project, and have already recommended him to several of our friends.

New wave turned our old unfinished craftsman garage into an ADU. We had no prior experience with home renovations. The process could not have been more smoother and transparent from the design phase and throughout the construction phase. All team members involved worked closely with our architect to find innovative design solutions that met our goals while staying within our budget. Everything was detailed out in the scope of work, so there were no major surprises. Our lead carpenter was amazing to work with and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and the trade partners. He was exceptional in problem solving and paid great attention to every detail. We appreciated the high standards of health and safety protocols that were put in place (very important for us because of the old lead paint in the house and we have little kids and it was also during the pandemic). Throughtout the construction, they were very responsive and was easy to communicate with and helped to address any unexpected issues or questions promptly. We felt our project overall was handled with a lot of care and we highly recommend New wave design and build

We worked with New Wave and Eran Ozeri on our recently purchased home to renovate a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and some partial work in a third full bathroom. In addition to that we had four ceiling fans installed, some recessed lighting installed, and a fireplace wall tiled.

Eran and his crew were very easy to work with and went as smooth as you can hope. We are very happy with the finished product!

We decided to hire a construction company to remodel our master shower and bathtub. We did our due diligence and researched different companies, and decided that Eran Ozeri and New Wave Design was the right company for us. The project took 3 weeks, and at the end of that time we are quite pleased with the final results. There were of course hiccups along the way, but that is to be expected with any remodel job. We appreciated the communication, the kindness and consideration of the crew, and the attention to detail. Would recommend.

We used New Wave and Eran Ozeri for two separate projects on our house. Eran was extremely dependable and professional, treating us like family. My wife and I were anxious about doing the projects due to the size of our house, having a newborn, and our inexperience with the construction process. Eran did an amazing job being transparent and detailed throughout the entire process. The quality of work done by New Wave exceeded out expectations and we would recommend them to anyone thinking about doing construction project.

Eran and his team did a great job on remodeling my bathroom. Eran helped guide me in choosing the right tile and fixtures. The team worked around my schedule and kept me up to date on the progress. Although we made a few changes along the way, I felt they worked to ensure I was happy with the work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We researched several companies for a full kitchen remodel. We had ERAN OZERI meet with us because he seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy and experienced in the field. We certainly learned impressions are VERY misleading. After several meetings and many times being provided an estimate of cost, we were surprised to then receive a quote 2x the amounts discussed beforehand. We spent over $10k in upfront engineering & drawing fees....which was a complete SCAM as we have checked with various other companies since and have had cost quoted and paid $3k (Not to mention the actual owner of the company was unaware of his dealings). A complete waste of time and money based on a very convincing salesman that ""treats you like family."" Not to mention the less than ethical result of him intending to refer us to a different company he was tied to as well. We are so disappointed because we spent 4 months working with him to be left without anything and spent quite a bit of money for it. I would NEVER recommend hiring ERAN as his interest are only for himself, not the customer. I've been in the real estate business 15+ years and unfortunately this is the ugly side of the business with people that bait customers for a quick buck to then leave customers without any recourse.
