Excellent company all around. I hired New Village after having 7 contractors bid my roofing job in Huntington Beach. Rodrigo was transparent and honest, and he was full of good recommendations nobody else I spoke with had even mentioned. Also, my job was complicated as it needed coordination with a solar contractor and a skylight contractor too. New Village was totally professional. They communicated with me, my city for permit and inspections, and with my other contractors, and my house was thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Great company!

Rodrigo and his team did a great job replacing my roof. It required a complete removal of a 36 year old metal shingle roof that was installed over wood shingles. I received a few other quotes but Rodrigo's proposal was the most detailed and included pictures of recent work. He seemed passionate about his work and genuine about doing a good job. His team is able to install the Presidential shingles which requires a special layout and installation method, it looks beautiful! He was also patient with me when I was indecisive about the color and was flexible about giving me as much time as possible to change materials. I would recommend New Village Roofing for the quality of their work and competitive pricing.

I do not recommend and will never use this company ever again. They came out fixed my roof and started leaking again. contacted the owner and he was supposed to call me back to have someone come out and inspect the roof. I never heard back from him. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Roof started leaking on NYE. Rodrigo got back to me that night with a quote. Went out there on New Years Day, and got it repaired the day after. After a bad fumigation experience, we realized we had broken chimney covers and many broken roof tiles. I did not trust the fumigation company to fix the problems adequately so, luckily, I got Rodrigo's number. He volunteered to pick up and deliver the needed roof tiles. Not even knowing I would hire him to fix the problem! We felt so comfortable with him that we immediately asked him to do the work! He did all the work in a very timely fashion and, as others have said, he took before and after pictures of the work done!
