New View Roofing

After the snow storm in February I noticed that I had some water damage on the ceiling in my master bathroom. I found the contact information for David Kim of New View Roofing and I gave him a call.

David was prompt and efficient to my call for help. He arrived the next day. He greeted me in uniform and gave me his business card to show his legitimacy. He immediately began investigating the issue which turned out to be a minor roof repair thank God.

What I valued most about our interaction was the fact that he set expectations in the beginning regarding the steps he'd take to investigate my water damage, he sent pictures while on the roof to show me the issue, and his follow ups to see if there has been any more damage noticed.

Just this past Thursday he send out a text regarding the thunderstorm and tornado warnings- just to say be safe but the unsaid message to me was that New View Roofing cares about their customers.

I don't look forward to doing business with them in the future (because I hope to not have to) BUT IF I ever experience any more roofing issues(and when it's time for a new roof), I'm calling David Kim asap!
