I recently had a roof leak through a bathroom vent and reached out to New View Roofing to help fix the problem. Tom Longville contacted me right away and I immediately appreciated his thorough questions and candidness, especially compared to other roofers I contacted prior to New View. Tom came out the next day as promised and was able to get up to the roof (3+ stories up) to check it out and try to diagnosis the issue. The root cause of the leak was difficult to determine and it ultimately was not fixed the first time the crew came out later. Tom went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He and his crew came out right away (while it was still raining) to put a tarp on the roof to prevent further leaking until the rain cleared and his crew could come back. They came back soon after the weather cleared and the leak was fixed the second time around. Tom even had a crew come out later to address some interior paint damage from the leak, which exceeded my expectations. At the end of the day, a roof leak is a frustrating situation for anyone but Tom was professional, communicative, and caring throughout. He made me feel at ease that he was going to make sure our issue was resolved properly. That level of customer service is rare and I will definitely reach out to Tom for any future issues, as well as recommend to others.

The roof of my house was about 11 years old and I was worried that there can be problems that we did not see. One day when Joey Hong from New View Roofing knocked on my door and showed me a missing tile on my roof (he was just passing by), I realized the time has come to replace it. Because I was new to roof replacement, I asked several questions from him to get an idea of the process. I quickly realized that he was very knowledgable and also flexible with the terms of my insurance. I was a little nervous at the beginning, but Joey was behind me guiding me through the whole initial process. The work was done within a day and it was perfect. In addition, they have replaced some of my windows which were too damaged.
I really appreciate the help and guidance he provided to me. Most of all, their work was perfect, the conduct was professional and worked within my budget. I do not hesitate to recommend this company for any roofing job.

Not happy at all!

It took multiple storms for us to find out we had leaks from the roof work they had done. They had to come out twice to repair roof in areas that it was allowing rain to enter the attic.

They did not even offer to make amends nor did they ask to inspect any possible damage to the attic or inside the home.

I don't recommend you use them!

I found New View randomly online after needing to look into some potential repairs our inspection company suggested we look into after purchasing a new home. David met me at the house, took photos on the roof and answered any questions thoroughly. It was concluded we wouldn't need any work done (except contacting an AC specialist to look into an incorrect vent attachment). I was very impressed with the honesty and thoroughness! New View was recommended to us by or real estate agent. We called them after a hail storm and they came right out to do an estimate. Our contact Nick was super friendly and really managed the process well. He looked over the entire house and told us that he was going to try to get the screens, gutters and even some of the fogged glass in our windows replaced under our insurance coverage.

Nick worked directly with the insurance co. and handled every detail for us. Their crew showed up after all the claim was agreed to and they removed the old shingles and completely reroofed everything in less than 2 days in and out. Nice, polite, conscientious. Cleaned up after themselves.

This was a great experience - almost totally hassle free and fantastic follow up through the whole process. The service was top notch and all the people involved were very friendly. I think this is an A+ company and I'm in the construction industry and know my way around roofs.
