I've known Thomas for over 10 years and he is the best. He is a very honest contractor and his prices can't be beat. I've used him to do repairs to my roof several times over the years. Very responsive and reliable. Make sure you call him next time you need a new roof or a repair.

Had Tom come out a couple of times to fix a leaks on my roof, he's always done an excellent job, and even helped patch a few leaky window frames for me while he was out there.
Always been more than reasonable with prices and has always been able to make time to come out, even on Sundays.

I wish a no star was an option because the business does not even deserve one.

My bf called and expressed the urgency in having a sliding tile replaced on the roof before the predicted rain the next day. A next day appointment was scheduled and was told that someone would call to give a heads up when the roofer was close to the house.

No one showed up....No one called on the day of the appointment or the next day to provide a reason for the NO SHOW..

I can't think of a worst first impression and bad business etiquette.

Trust is necessary in any relationship and it is crucial in a business relationship. If you cannot keep your word by keeping your appointment, especially after we expressed the urgency of the situation, then I can already predict that the quality of work provided will be crap. I'm sure we dodged even a bigger bullet than the rain by you not showing up.
