New Leaf roofing was recommended by a friend who vetted the company, its employees and the owner ""Jordan Smith"". I called on a late Thursday afternoon and Jordan Smith was at my house at 9:30 the next morning. Jordan was extremely professional, he spent a lot of time inspecting the roof, took multiple pictures, and measurements. The next day Saturday, he sent me a detailed email of all the issues we discussed. The following Monday Jordan Smith and his team/crew were on site and started the job. The whole team is professional and very friendly. The price was reasonable and the work was exceptional. Finally, after the work was completed they went all around the property with a magnetic metal detector to pick up any stray nails.
I would highly recommended New Leaf Roofing and especially Jordan Smith.

I am writing this review because my review of New Leaf Roofing on their Facebook page was intentionally DELETED. How nice ( and professional) to delete negative reviews and keep only good ones. I gave New Leaf Roofing 2 stars on their Facebook page and they responded by saying my review and personal Facebook account was a fake. Please see attached photo/screenshoot 1.

On March 9th around 1130 am, I spoke to the owner ( Jordan) and asked to get a estimate for my roof. The first question asked by Jordan was to see my insurance estimate. Shouldn't a good, honest, reliable roofer look at my roof first BEFORE looking to see how much my insurance is going to pay????? I have a large deductible and many roofing companies will not make much money off of me. I was a little skeptical and unsure but I went ahead and made a appointment with Jordan the same day, March 9th at 5 pm. After our phone conversation, I emailed him a copy of my insurance estimate that he requested (See photo 2). He never showed up. No phone call. No text. Nothing. Around 530 pm, I called Jordan and asked if he was still coming. Jordan didn't sound shocked nor surprised that he missed a appointment. He stated he was working on something and overlooked my appointment. His excuse was he had grease all over himself and was embarrassed to be seen. Jordan offered to come by the next day and assess my roof. I made a appointment for the next day but decided to cancel.

From this experience and my first impression, I would not recommend New Leaf Roofing.

New Leaf is a great roofing company if you want a quality job. I am so pleased with the service they provide and the quality of my new roof. If you have any issues after the install they will be back to fix it quickly. Jordan and Randy are honest and professional.

Beautiful job. Jordan is very observant and pointed out areas needing attention whether or not a benefit to New Leaf.

- Old shingles directly to trailer eliminating bits and pieces of roofing material in the yard.

- Our paint contractor had to remove some drip edge. New Leaf found painted drip edge that matched the fascia color perfectly.

- High quality GAF shingles

- Very polite and efficient crew

- Cleanup was meticulous

My husband and I took off the week of June 13th to June 17th to prepare our house for sale, to schedule roofers for quotes, etc. We left a voicemail with New Leaf Roofing on Thursday 6/16 @ 12:15 to give us a quote for a roof. We had check in hand from the insurance company and didn't even need an inspection.....just the work done.

The companies we called were only local and got very high ratings and/or great reviews on Google, FB, Yelp with a high BBB rating. We would assume New Leaf didn't want our business because over a month later & no one ever returned our call. We both feel if you are too busy to get to us anytime soon.....fine...tell us....but don't ignore us and never call us back. Not cool!

New Leaf Roofing is a great company. I am very happy dealing with them several times. They are really honest, have integrity and genuinely care about the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family. If you need a pro, call Randy. He will take good care of you.
