horrible left 1000 nails in my driveway had to replace two tires me and my son clean the nails the trim looks like it's balled up on the sides. Kyle very unprofessional very disappointed with this company would not recommend.

Big communication issues with the Painting Division of this company. Buyer Beware. Get everything in writing before you sign your name or you may end up on the short side of your project.
PMs are rude. I almost threw one out of house. Communication is poor from the painting aide of the business. Seema to be run closely in their favor.
No issues with the roofing side of the business.

If you're looking for a reputable roofing company, I highly recommend New Image Roofs. From the initial free inspection and discussion with salesman, Jimmy Lawless, to my Traveler's adjuster let's inspection, when New Image Roofs had a representative present, I was impressed that NIR expressed a desire to replace my roof with care as a service, with money a secondary concern and a reasonable estimate. Although we had a 2-day delay due to weather, NIR's team was here at 6:30 a.m., just as the day was dawning. They stripped off the old roof, removing satellite dishes and old attic vents, created ridge vents, and laid the new roof very quickly and efficiently, taking care to clean up the old roofing and refuse. Their team worked well, and the new roof was completed by 11 a.m. I'm impressed by their work ethic and excellence. I'm grateful that they were able to have the work done so rapidly and before Saturday's severe wind and thunderstorm. Working with Jimmy, Tommy, and Lori was a pleasure.

New Image Roofs and staff in Marrietta, GA are fantastic! Tristan and his crew were quick efficient and best of all gave a very, very fair price for the work performed. The quick response and fair price is amazing in this economy and area (anywhere near Atlanta, GA!). If you have an issue with your roof call this company to give you a fair assessment. Because of the repair and fair cost I am very comfortable referring them to my friends and family.

Typically dealing with home improvement is a daunting task for me, I honestly dread it. However Brandon over at New Imagine made the process extremely enjoyable. He was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He presented me with creative options and made the entire process seamless. Love this company! Our new roof looks fantastic, they worked efficiently and professionally. They also took great care to clean up and did a triple check for nails and debris in the yard since we have pets and children. I would absolutely call NIR for all our future roofing needs!
