New Image Roofing

We had our roof replaced by New Image Roofing 3 years ago. The install went very well and their people had the job completed in just one day. The finished product looked great.

The problem started 2 years later when we developed a leak that was coming in to our pantry. We called to report the issue and they sent our a technician to evaluate. He took the shingles off in the area of the leak and even broke a hole in the decking, then just patched it up. The leak persisted with the next heavy rain and we called again. They sent out the same technician who didn't fix the issue the last time. This time he used caulking and spread it in every crack.

This lasted for several months, but the issue continued. This time the leak was so bad that it caused over $5000 damage to our ceiling, walls and flooring. Water was running all the way through to the basement. I called New Image Roofing and they never even returned my call. I got a recommendation from my insurance company and they came out the same day and got on the roof in the rain to check it out. The problem was simple in that the flashing was damaged during the install and they just needed to replace the flashing properly.

Ultimately I had to pay another company to fix the problem and then file a claim with my insurance company to get the interior of my home repaired. I would not trust a company that does not even call back; they could have repaired the problem just as the other company did, but it seems they are more interested in selling a roof and moving on.

A few years ago I worked with New Image Roofing to fix a roof installed incorrectly by another roofing company. Working with this company's professional and personable employees, I knew when time came for the new roof this company was it. The professionalism, etc. hadn't changed in the years. Wonderful work...hire this company and you will not be disappointed!
