Tamara Z.The BEST OF THE BEST!!! Hands down the most honest and hardworking people I have ever met. We were so lucky to have met Mark after a tree can crashing down into our home. He helped us navigate insurance, replaced our roof and supported us every step of the way with contractors and recommendations. He had his work cut out for him and didn't bat an eye was ready to take on the mess that our house had become. He was present with his crew and made sure everything was done well and right. I would like to thank Mr. Mark Dickerson and his staff for helping me with my insurance. I asked for a copy of the receipt on roof replacement that Image Roofing completed last 2016 and they provided me a signed receipt.
Until these days, the roof is in excellent condition. The roof that was installed by New Image roofing is a GAF Armour Shield 2 Resistant Class 4 shingle.

Tulla D.I dealt with Mark back when the installation took place. Fast forward to the three times I've had water leaks because of their workmanship. I head crickets from them. Directly spoke to Mark about the water leaks. He didn't give a flip. Never called back none of the times I reported the leaks. Another reputable company had to come out and point out their poor workmanship. Stay away. Sure they will be nice while they are trying to make the sale then you are on your own when the roof leaks. Go somewhere else, many other good companies.
Of all of the roofing companies I contacted regarding the repair or replacement of a small section of flat roof on a 3-floor townhouse, Mark was the only one to offer a silicon product. He was extremely patient in answering questions and offered excellent advice in terms of what was needed to eliminate water penetration. The price he quoted was very competitive, particularly for the scope of the work and the materials to be used. He was responsive and clear in all of his communications. He was where he said he would be and was there when he said he would there. I would not hesitate to do business with Mark and look forward to our next project with him.
I will recommend ""New Image Roofing "" to everyone. my experience with Mark and Alex was GREAT. they are Outstanding people and very professional. they show up to do the quote next day and two days later my roof was done, they give me $ 300.00 dollars for a military discount. on top of the great service. my wife was happy with the text and phone calls keep us updated. after the job, they clean up and policy the area for nails. I will recommend this roofing company to anyone. Special military families.
Emily V.Our experience with Mark at New Image Roofing was horrendous. I could tell early on Mark had difficulty with organization, so I kept all the emails and texts I sent to him in the case we had problems. So, here is the timeline of what happened with our fans.
I contacted Mark in late June or early July 2017 via phone. He got back to me right away and did seem very knowledgeable. I had a quote from another company, but I was very impressed with Mark, so we decided to go with him. It took a couple calls and a few weeks to finally get him out to the home, but by July 13, 2017, I had an estimate for two solar fans. I confirmed the email immediately, and he had told me over the phone he already had fans in stock and could install within a few days. I sent two follow-up emails July 19th and 20th inquiring about an estimated installation date and how I would be contacted about them being installed. I never heard back from Mark via email. I called him a couple days later, and the fans were installed July 24th. I paid immediately. The invoice is pretty simple (no warranty information, explanation of services), which is not really a problem, but plays a role later. So, overall, even though it was a little difficult to get onto the schedule in a clear way, we were satisfied. It did seem like Mark did not have a good picture of his workers' schedules and was a little disorganized, but his expertise seemed worth it.
Less than two months later, one of the fans stopped working. I attempted to call Mark and did not get through, so I sent him an email September 16, 2017 explaining I thought there was a problem with one of the fans and requested if someone could come take a look. Over a week went by, and I did not get a response. So, I tried calling. I did get through to Mark, and he expressed doubt there would be a problem with the fan. He gave me a few troubleshooting ideas (e.g., checking the wire connection), which I tried. These things did not resolve the problem, and I had to send him two videos with my cell phone before he agreed to come look at the fan. He and his wife came out during the world series games in October and confirmed the fan was not working. Mark said he was able to get it working before they left by pushing together the connecting wires somehow. He asked us to monitor it, to which we agreed. In front of my husband, both he and his wife indicated they would replace the fan if it continued to not work. Mark stated they are guaranteed for five years (i.e., warranty). We felt much better after this.
On November 3, 2017 I sent another video via phone to Mark explaining that the fix did not work and demonstrating the fan not working. On November 7, 2017 he did return my text and stated, ""Will get it changed out."" On December 5, 2017, I sent Mark another text expressing I hoped they had a nice holiday and asking him to let me know when the fan is replaced (since it had not been yet) so I could monitor it afterwards. I never heard back. Since Mark told me he was going to take care of it and it was winter, I decided to trust him and let it go. I assumed he would follow through on what he promised. In February I suspected the fan still had not been replaced (but it is difficult to tell when the weather is cold). I monitored it for a while and called Mark again at the start of March. He stated he thought the fan had already been replaced. I informed him it had not. He reported he thought he had some in storage and would have it changed out. I sent him a text message on March 10th, 2018 and asked if I could receive some sort of confirmation (email, text, letter) after the fan has been installed. I never heard back. I called him April 4th, 2018 and he said he had the fan now and will change it out. I called him again April 20th, 2018 as it had still not been replaced. He stated he again thought it had already been completed. When I inquired about his schedule and when it might be finished, he stated he did not know. He reported the fan is ""on the truck."" At this point, I expressed my frustration and did inform him we belong to a legal firm that I was considering contacting. He became irritated and told me not to threaten him. I told him I was not threatening him, but did not know what else to do. He yelled he is doing this ""out of the goodness of my heart"" and denied that he told us he would guarantee the fans for 5 years. I informed him I asked multiple times for warranty and other documentation, which he never provided. He never even provided us the name of the fan company. He stated we should contact them, to which I pointed out that he never gave us the requested information and his invoice does not give any of this information either. Ultimately, I had to make a complaint to the BBB to get this resolved. A review is posted there, too, I think. By doing that, I finally got them to mail me the fan information and money for the defective fan. That's a fine solution, but I would never work with them again.
New Image Roofing is awesome!!!, I needed to get my roof ""reroofed"" because of hail damage. These guys did a great job. Mark (the owner) and his wife (Alex) were very proffesional and extremely courteous. They had the roofing crew show up to my residence on time and start without hesitation. The workers completed the work correctly and cleaned up after the job was complete as well. The job was done so well that additional items were applied to the roof, that I did not have originally have on my roof before, to enhance the quality of my roof.
I am very satisfied with the exceptional service that this company has provided. I do recommend these guys, no doubt!!!!!!
Jere L.First things first: I called another roofing company (who I will not call out) and they never responded to me. Seriously... So I left a message for Mark after 5 on a Fri evening, and he called back within a few minutes and said he would come out the next day (Sat) and take a look. He was very nice. Climbed all over my roof and said the issue I called him out about, was nothing to worry about. Even swept off a bunch of leaves for me while he was up there. And didn't charge me a dime! Yes, I will be calling him when it's time for some roofing work. He is honest, and friendly, and seems to actually care about what he does and doing it right. I would recommend him, even though he didn't put a new roof on my house...yet! :)
