Recently I noticed water spots from leaks in my roof. After a not so great experience with roofing and insurance claims following hurricane Ike, I was very diligent in my research before hiring another roofing company. I came upon New Image Roofing along with several other companies. New Image Roofing owner Mark Dickerson came out to quote the job, was very professional and brought other issues to my attention that I was not aware of. The quote was reasonable and less than I expected. Mark actually had the job completed in stealth mode. I would highly recommend them. Great job guys!!

These guys replaced the skirts around the vent pipes on my roof, which was causing leaking into my home. They came immediately and did a THOROUGH job. I would give it 5 stars, had it not been so expensive. We have a 3 floor townhouse and were charged around $425 for 15 minutes of work. I'm sure I could've gotten someone else to do this cheaper, but I was in a rush and wanted a thorough job (and they came highly recommended by the emergency crew that dried out our leaking mess indoors.)

I used New Image to put a new roof on my house through insurance after hail damage. Even though I didn't go through the 'normal' process (I filed my claim with the insurance company before selecting a company to replace the roof) they worked with my husband and I through the rest of the steps to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed in the end. They communicated with us through the whole process and we kind and pleasant to deal with. Our new roof looks wonderful and the crew cleaned up after themselves quite well and was even willing to help with another quick issue while the roof was getting put on. They even had to endure the watchful eyes of our two guard dogs the whole time. Great experience.

I was really impressed with the guys from New Image Roofing. I called a couple of companies for a quote as my roof was leaking. Mark (the owner) came out to inspect the roof himself and told me I had some storm damage (wind and hail) and that it would be worth filing a claim with my insurance company. I was reluctant, but he explained that the process was simple and that there was nothing to lose so I agreed. Mark came back out and met the adjuster, and it was great to feel like I had someone fighting my case as Im sure the guy wouldve said no had I not had New Image there. Long and short of it, Mark convinced the insurance company that day that the roof was their responsibility and two days later they installed my new roof, for just my $2,000 deductible! The other quotes I had had were for around $12,000, which I was ready to pay out for. They did a great job, had an english speaker on site all day, Mark kept in contact throughout the process and checked all the work himself. They saved me $10,000 and did a professional job.

I asked these nice folks to come over and give me an estimate for a roof replacement (ripping up two roofs). They were punctual, and courteous. Their estimate, for removal and reroofing for this one-storey, 2100 square foot house, was a whopping 17k. Ha! I felt as though they were saying, in their own way, ""We don't want your business, srsly. Fer realz."" So I guess they made the choice. It was a waste of time for everyone. Pity, because they advertise neat things on the website (solar lights, for e.g.) which would have been nice additions. I'm sure they do very well, especially if they're charging others 17k for roofs! Ah, c'est la vie.

I called ""New Image Roofing"" regarding an inspection report indicating that I probably needed some roof repairs. I relayed this information to them when I called for an appointment and they quoted a possible cost. Mark Dickerson arrived right on time for the appointment, was polite and professional and did a thorough review of the roof. He then, to my surprise, told me that the roof didn't need any repair and said there was no charge (after spending an hour doing the analysis and explaining it to me).

Expertise, professionalism, high integrity and fairness. You can't go wrong with ""New Image"".

I am an extremely satisfied customer!!! Mark's efficient crew worked well together and took off my old roof and installed a new one in ONE day (October 24, 2013). My roof is over 2900 square feet so that was quite a task. Mark and his crew did a GREAT job and cleaned up extremely well (Including my rain gutters). If you want to see it, I live at 4530 Spellman Rd in SW Houston. I went with a light color since my old darker roof made the attic extremely hot, and I know a lighter color lasts longer. Thanks again Mark!

I had a leaking roof and called several roofing companies, most wanted an exorbitant fee or wouldn't be very clear about what the problem is or how to fix it. New Image Roofing showed up to my house very quickly, quoted a very competitive price and explained what all needed to be done. As soon as it stopped raining New Image showed up, did the entire house in a little more than one day and did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with and even worked well with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called them to replace the skirts around the exhaust vents in my roof since they were damaged and leaking water into my attic. I wasn't expecting for it to get done for a couple days but he was gladly to schedule a time the next day to come out and fix it. Communication was good as he called when he was delayed a bit and had his workers come. I was not hassled for extra expenses or repairs. He charged me about what I've heard others were charged for similar work. For them it was the minimum $300 fee. I got 4 vents fixed and they did some shingle repair as some were damaged. I thought they were nice, honest, and fair, which is usually hard to find with this kind of work. I only gave 4 star cause I'm not sure of the quality really. If my roof springs a lead again in a couple days, bet I'll be back to update!!!
