I hired them to take care of my roof after the hail storm we had in May. It is now August and the job is still not complete. I am not going to mention any names here but the contact I have is terrible at returning my calls and texts. When he does, he always has an excuse as why they still have not completed the job. I am very disappointed in the service I have received.

Jerrod and Dylan made this entire process easy and understandable. Our roof needed repair following many wind storms. Jerrod and Dylan walked us through the entire process, helped us communicate with the insurance company and delivered a beautiful product. So thankful for a company that genuinely cares enough to help the customer through the process and not take advantage of said customer. New Image Construction and Roofing is an excellent company. Highly recommend to all who may need a new roof.
