New Horizons Roofing Specialists were great, start to finish. I highly recommend them. When they made their initial visit to my home they were professional and good natured. When I took a long time to make up my mind on which roof covering to choose, they were patient with me and even put samples up on my roof so I could see them in situ. Realizing I need a new skylight, they took exact measurements and custom ordered one (I still can't believe how big it actually is). I had numerous previous roof leaks and knew there would be a lot of decking that needed to be replaced. They took care of all of that as well. At the end of the day, they made sure I was satisfied with every last detail. I know I am going to leave someone out, but Rod, Fernando, Latisha, Kim, and Julio all did a great job. When you encounter them you will know what I mean.

We appreciated the quality and professionalism of this roofing business. We had issues with part of our roof on our garage that had been leaking and rotting wood. We worked with Ramon, and he was great. They had a crew working diligently for 3 days to fix the roof, and they did a great job. They also repaired trim on our walkway that we accidentally damaged with our boat. We priced this work with another roofing business, and they were comparable. We selected this business because they were recommended by a family member who vouched for them. We are pleased with their work, and we are considering using them for more work.

When we realized a new roof was necessary, I called several roofers. NHRS got back to me right away and set a time to come. They gave me a reasonable bid the next day. Their bid was in line with the others and I felt they were professional. They were able to get to us sooner than expected and did a great job. Alfonso, the supervisor, communicated well with us at various stages plus the workers were polite and worked hard cleaning up well when they finished. I would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely recommend NHRS. We hired them after a previous roofer did not repair the issues we had. We have a flat roof and an old house that desperately needed to be fixed after multiple storms. They were honest, organized, and very thorough with us. Any issues we had they would fix immediately. They helped us out budget wise which was a lifesaver after the previous ordeal we had gone through. They knocked it out quickly and did an awesome job. High quality work & dependable employees!!

Our roof was recently replaced over the weekend, and the results were outstanding!
From the quality of materials, quality of work, and the cleanup afterwards was excellent!

I hired NHRS for a repair over a weekend and being a popular holiday, I wasn't sure whether they would be able or not.
Unfortunately, it was the only time I had available.

Fortunately, NHRS made their availability to meet mine. We agreed on the date to start the job and sure enough they started that day, right on time, which was important, due to my busy schedule.
When my roof repair was completed, NHRS also took care of getting my roof certification. And what was most important, I didn't pay anything until everything was completed which made me trust them.

I am completely satisfied with their work and how helpful and convenient NHRS were.

New Horizon Roofing addressed and took care of all of our concerns: wind storm certification, attic ventilation, color schemes selection, roofing materials and their uses.

Their preference is GAF products (fiberglass reinforced 30# felt, non-metal valleys, etc) but they were willing to work with any other manufactures. Other quality products used were 2"" drip edges - most others use 1"", Rustoleum paint for metal works,etc (high quality materials)

Mr Ortiz and staff maintained good communications along with explanations of the installation. The installers were prompt and CNO (clean, neat and organized). Our HVAC units and landscape were protected with miniscule (very little) landscape collateral damage (as to be expected).

It rained literally everyday during installation but we did not have not one visible leak -- I'm not sure how they did this.

With NHRS you're going to get exceptional products and service. We're very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Follow up notes: A week later, after a couple rains, we had a follow-up call to make sure things were in good working order.

Wow!!!!! Was I surprised! Great people, HORRIBLE quality and service!!! Once you've paid they treat you horrible! The quality is poor, workmanship is poor. My overall experience was HORRIBLE! Buyer beware!!!!!! I wish 0 stars was an option.....
