AMAZING customer service, husband and wife owned they are friendly, professional, on time, and overall great to work with!!! We had 6 quotes and this was the most fair price, the showed us all costs ahead of time, included services others didn't like dry rot (We ended up having minimal but nice to know it was covered). They were quick and curious, responded to my text and calls very quickly, easy to work with, and we gave us a great new roof! Our roof was 15-20 years old and leaking, they replaced it with great quality, and even put a pipe from my air conditioning to drain to the gutter as water comes out when it's on. I would give them 10 stars it was a pleasure and we will be recommending you!! I wouldn't go with anyone else!!! THANK YOU!!!

Excellent work! Much less expensive than other companies I had called for estimates. They came out right away to give me an estimate and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Even after the job was done, I had I question and they came out the next day. Job site was cleaned up spotlessly (they even took a little extra lumber we had laying around). Unexpected miinor construction repairs we done at no extra cost. I am very happy with a job well done! I would definitely recommend New Horizon Roofing.

No communication at all. I've called, texted, emailed, voice-mailed, yelped, almost every day for the past month and have received zero responses. They've had a lot of 1-star reviews about the same issue but are somehow being deleted. Be careful giving your money to them because they just might never call you back.

Nice couple it not very professional. Showed up late for site walk and then the trend continued. Asked them for their estimate a week later, and continued to request their estimate for the next two weeks. The annoying part was them responding right away to my request for an estimate but then never following through. How can I expect them to do a good job on my roof when they cannot even provide a written estimate in a timely fashion. Too bad, I liked them the best out of the three contractors I contacted for an estimate.

I guess this company doesn't need customers. I contacted them for an estimate for roof cleaning. I was told they would inspect my roof and send me a quote within one week but even after a week i didnt hear from them so I contacted them again and this time i was told they would look at my roof the next day and email me my estimate. This was on June 26 and today is the 29 and i still haven't heard from them. What great customer service this company has. Guess i dodged a bullet.

They were great!!! Fair price, great work and went the extra mile to make sure my roof looked great and I was happy. What sold me on this company was they responded quickly and when they came out to give me a quote, jumped right up on the roof and fixed a leak to secure the roof until the complete re food could be done.....without even securing the re roof job. I ended up going with them and very happy I did!
