Mike Angelo who represented himself as New Heights Roofing is an unlicensed contractor using the contractor's license of a legitimate and reputable company. The quality of his work is terrible, he did not honor his contract and his warrenty is worthless. I am pursuing all legal remedies to be sure this won't happen to others. Punctuality was also an issue, as they repeatedly missed scheduled appointments or arrived late without notice. I expected a professional service but was left frustrated and unsatisfied. I had New Heights come out to my home for a leak this rainy season. They replied to my request faster than I expected and came out the next day. Mike helped me out and did a thorough inspection around the entire roof and not just the area I specified to him. Once he was done he notified me of the problem areas with pictures as proof and gave me the best and most efficient solution. I had other quotes from other contractors but they wanted to charge almost double of what he offered. I was a little bit skeptical of this but decided it was worth a shot financially. And boy was I right. He was very transparent with everything and kept me updated throughout the entire process with photos. I definitely recommend this company and I appreciate all that Mike has done for me.
