We've done a lot of home improvements over last 3 years. This is a very good company The crew arrived on time, worked hard and I observed a very good working relationship as the workers interacted through the day. I was told it would take 3 days and it only took 2. I replaced an old solar light tube and they fitted the cap professionally on the roof side while I took care of inside the house. I chose a Ridge Vent and got rid of the wind turbines. It's the first time I've ever experienced cool air coming in from outside into the attic. This cost an extra $300 and believe it to be very efficient ventilation method. Their bid was very competitive. The lowest out of 3 companies that gave me estimates. Additionally, I didn't have to wait 2 months or 1 month. They were ready to do the job within a week. They've been in business 2 years but their crew is very experienced having worked for years for a larger local company. Well done Dan Jackson, Roger, and Zombie! Keep up the good work. Alexis took my concern seriously from the initial call and was able to send a representative the same day, even though it was a busy rainy weekend. Also, he was able to get my job started within the first week! Dan Jackson the company representative, who initially came out, was exemplary and professional. He went on the roof, took pictures, moved tile, and provided me with his assessment of my roofing issues, filled by options and reasonable prices. The crew that was working the roof for the week were on time, professional, and respectful. They all did a great job! They cleaned up the area everyday, they ensured that there was no stray roofing materials or nails. This company is top notch- for an owner, Alexis, to come out and check the work multiple times shows the care in workmanship and dedication to service. New Generation Roof Systems came out same day to give me an estimate on my roof leak. They weren't able to fix the leak the same day. They agreed to tarp it for $50 as a short term fix as more rain was in the forecast. The following weekend they came out to complete the job. Took about 4 hours. Fair price too. Will definitely use new new generation roof systems again.
