I needed to repair a leak I discovered over my garage. Called New Era. Billy Bautista came right out and inspected the roof and determined what needed to be done. He provided me with an estimate a day later which was quite reasonable. Although the work was scheduled for a Saturday, he was able to move me up. He and his crew got right to work, removing the tiles, repairing the area and replacing the tiles in half a day. Very thorough. A few days later after a storm, he called back to check on the roof. Everything was fine and completely dry. I highly recommend New Era for reroofing and repairs!!
