This company didn't do quality work! They left roofing nails and shingle staples. I have video footage of one of their workers going to the bathroom on the side of my yard. Very unprofessional. I had to secure one of the gutters, they knocked loose.

I had a great experience with Rey and his team with New Era Roofing. They gave me a beautiful roof for less than the original estimate and worked with us for new gutters also. Rey was always professional, and his team is amazing. They cleaned up after themselves daily and were always on time, though I know they were working different houses at the same time.

Thanks to them, it only rains on the outside of my house now.

I don't recommend this company. I hired them to fix my leaky roof. They came out and did the work, a couple of weeks later the roof still leaking in the same spot. I called the owner Rey he was pretty responsive at first. They came out again and tried to find the problem they didn't find the first time. They ended up patching the troubled spot. A week later it it leak again from the same spots. Due to all the rain this year it's easy to know if the roofer did a good job or not. I called him again and he picked up the phone, he told me he'll get back to me which he never did. I called him twice and left him 3 texts messages he never reply back. I tried calling him again and no answer. As licensed roofing company they should guarantee their work which they didn't. A leaky roof is important to fix or else it can cause major damages to the house. I was gonna report them to the better business bureau, but not worth my time. I just hired a more trusted roofing company to finished their incomplete job. Be careful who you hire.

I initially chose New Era because Rey was very communicative and reliable through the whole process. I have a pretty steep roof, and a couple of roofers didn't want to do the job or wanted to charge a lot more. New Era gave a fair bid and guaranteed their work. They did a great job, and Rey oversaw the whole project and kept me updated. He was also very responsive a few years later when we had a leak that was not his fault. Another contractor had improperly caulked a pipe. Rey identified the issue and fixed it before a heavy rain even though he was not responsible for the issue. I'd definitely work with Rey and New Era again and would recommend the experience of working with them.

Besides having the most competitive bid, New Era Roofing delivered as promised. My shingle roof was old and it was time for a replacement. Scheduling an onsite inspection was easy. I called New Era after a referral from a relative. New Era arrived at scheduled time and date. Ray went with me in detail how much the roof would cost and what it included. In addition, he explained to me what additional out of pocket expenses I could expect. After deciding on New Era to do the roof, they scheduled me for their first available appointment. New Era pulled the building permits as planned and dealt with the city inspector. The crew arrived timely each day, and cleaned up prior to leaving. Complete roof replacement was completed in 2 days, and final inspection occurred on day 3. New Era kept in constant communication with me throughout the project. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for roof/gutter needs.

Do not expect an online quote or request for an estimate from this company. I did not receive any response after 7 days, not even a sorry we are too busy. I sent a request for a quote including detailed information which included my general location, age of the roof, and the square footage of my single story home. I even included the tile brand and color/model number. I had one broken tile that I knew of and wanted it repaired along with a complete inspection and repair of any problems found. It's not complicated, a quote should have covered repairing one tile and the inspection. Or at least a call back to schedule a time for a quote. I need my roof fixed before it starts leaking and causing interior damage. I will look for a company that delivers what they promise-a online quote.

Their pricing was very reasonable and the crew was hard working and got everything taken care of quickly. I highly recommend New Era Roofing to anyone looking for roofing repairs and maintenance.

This company didn't do quality work! I have 3 dogs, and I was continually picking up shingle staples. They finished the work several months ago now. Today I went up on the roof to clean the rain cutters, to find 28 roofing nails and 12 shingle staples that were scattered all over the roof. Under the awning and even in the garage they used nails that were far to long. Everywhere the nails went clear through the roof boards and sticking out on the other side! I'm so disappointed in the quality of there work. I will never recommend them to anyone!
