Armondo is professional, responsive with calls and shows up when he says he will. Unlike others we called!! He has repaired our tile roof twice now from golf ball damages, painters walking on our roof, and wind damage. We have been very pleased with him and his office. They are true professional roofers and operate their business accordingly. Also as a small business owner his pride in ownership is remarkable. I much prefer supporting hard working family business rather than the giant companies.

I have a tile roof on my house and it is my understanding tile roofs can last many many years, what I didn't know was they do require maintenance. I was on a ladder one day and spotted some broken tiles. It was getting on rainy season so I was looking around for a good roofer. I called them and the owner came out quickly, he actually came out before I even knew it to look at my roof and the type of tiles I had so he could go on the hunt for the right ones. Even though my roofing tiles were discontinued he found new ones where a manufacturer picked up the molds I guess that fit and we're a close match, he came out and replaced the broken tiles, re-seated a bunch of other tiles that slipped over the years around my chimney and other areas. He was affordable and responsive. I called him out this last rainy season he came out inspected my roof and he didn't see anything that needed attention, he wasn't going to charge me. I gave him some money because it's still his time and fuel and thanked him for his honesty. I couldn't recommend this roofing company more highly! He could have jerked me around to charge me for nothing but the level of integrity to be honest is amazing! Thank you! You have a customer for life. Keep being honest.

Be careful of just the 10 year warranty clause for the money. A new roof in Temecula should last 25-30 years and any good reputable roofer should be willing to warranty that.

Our Homeowner Insurance policy with Nationwide fought us tooth and nail to deny our claim when the eave of our home unexpectedly collapsed. Showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem so we scheduled a time to fix the problem. Reuben was the repair man and did a fantastic job. Price was reasonable and it comes with a two year warranty.
