After being told by a home inspector I needed a new roof, Ivan set the record straight and saved me well over $15k for totally unnecessary work. I called Ivan about needing fascia boards replaced on my roof and he came the same day, quoted the job and finished the job the same day. I also asked him if they can replace my rotten garage door frame boards and he did that also the same day complete with nice trim and weather stripping. They matched my paint very well and left everything neat and clean. The quality of the work was excellent at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this company.

The owner Ivan was very responsive, coming over and giving me an estimate the same day I called. I had my front fascia trim boards replaced. The crew was professional, showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves! I asked for an extra coat of paint and he had a guy come out the next day to finish. I got many quotes for this job. and his professional roofer's price was a few hundred dollars less than 2 handyman's quotes.

I found Ivan on Yelp through all of the great reviews he had. I contacted him and he responded right away. He came out for a consultation the following day, and gave me a same day quote for a roof repair and interior repair. I had 3 other companies come out to provide bids, and I went with Ivan as he had the best price. Ivan's team came out and completed the job after we accepted his bid the following day. They were quick, professional, and it was great timing as heavy rain fell shortly after the work was completed. Ivan kept me up to date throughout the whole job, and sent me pictures of the repairs as I was out of state during the repair job. I cannot recommend Ivan enough, and would not hesitate to use his services again. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

I do not know how this company gets all 5 stars review because based on my experience, they deserve less than 1 star. My family and I needed our roof repair from a recent heavy rain. Water started coming into the bedroom in one corner only. We had looked up a lot of companies and was really looking for a company that would do repairs rather than suggesting to replace the entire roof. We didn't want to go through insurance unless necessary. Saw the reviews on this company and thought it was good since a lot of people mentioned that Ivan suggest more repairs than replace. We called New Elite Roofing and Ivan answered right away. That was pretty much the only good thing about this company. It all went downhill from there. So we called on a Thursday and Ivan said he can come Friday or Saturday. With work, we said it would be better Saturday. He said he would come on Saturday sometime in the morning and to send him the address. We sent him our address and waited until Saturday.

Saturday comes and it's pouring like crazy. I thought that no roofer is going to come when it's pouring rain because it would be difficult to inspect which was understandable. Ivan of course didn't come Saturday morning. It stopped raining around 1pm and didn't really rain any day after that. Ivan was no where to be found. Not only did he not come, he didn't call or text to let us know he wasn't coming. Weekend came and go and no peep from Ivan. We called Ivan on Tuesday because Monday was pretty busy. When we called, Ivan proceeded to tell us that the phone number we texted was not a number that was able to receive text. He could have said so when he told us to text him when we made the appointment. It's not like we've used their services before to know what the exact phone number to text him at. Red flag.

When we called him, again he was very responsive. He told us the number to text him and rescheduled to Wednesday. We text him the address and verified he got the address. He got the address and we waited on Wednesday. He didn't tell us when he was coming Wednesday (2nd red flag), just basically we would have to wait for him on Wednesday to come like the good old days of scheduling for a cable guy. They just come whenever they can and you basically have to be home to catch them.

Wednesday came and no peep from Ivan. When it got dark, we figured Ivan wasn't coming. Again Ivan ghosted us. We text him the next day and he did not respond. We texted him again the following day and he said if he can reschedule. That was the last straw. Are you kidding me right now? We went by the dates you gave us of when you can come. We didn't even ask you to come a certain date and time and you basically did no show no call. What kind of business are you trying to run? If you are busy then just let us know. There are plenty of other companies out there. We could have called a different company to take care of it while the weather was good. This is one of the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with and that is a red flag for you to not use this company if they can't even be courteous enough to contact you to let you know they can't come.

Ivan / New Elite Roofing is great. I have clay tile roof and some of the tiles had slipped plus some small cracks due to Texas weather. First of all not many roofers are very familiar with clay tile repairs and I had people recommending to replace the whole roof. Ivan came over and gave me a very reasonable priced quote for fixing and replacing a few tiles. He and his guys completed the project without me being present. Very satisfied. No need for huge deductible for an unnecessary claim.
