Ivan (owner of the company) reached out quickly after my Yelp inquiry - he was the second company I spoke to. The first wasn't willing to come out after I described the issue (small leak in roof) but gave me an estimate of $1-2K. Not willing to accept that without a site visit, I spoke with Ivan who was out the next morning and diagnosed the problem in 15 minute. We needed to replace the exhaust outlet above the bathroom because rain had found it's way in. His guy came out the next morning and completed the work for $180. Quick, reliable and honest - can't ask for much more.

Ivan is an honest guy who fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I'm so grateful to him for making a special trip to fix my roof before it rained a few weeks ago. Since then we've had torrential downpours, and there have been no leaks in our roof whatsoever, so I know he did a good job. His prices are more than fair, and I would recommend this business to anyone.

I really recommend this business. If you need roof inspection or need a new roof call Ivan Delgado. He is really nice and humble. I had him come out today (Tuesday) he was really good with advise and telling me things that needed to be done . He told me things other than the roof inspection that I should have an eye out for. Overall his service EXCELLENT everything thing you need from someone.

Due to most recent rains in the area, we discovered a leak in our bathroom ceiling. We reached out to several roofing companies and New Elite were the first on responding to our call and showed up the following day. Ivan, was very helpful, he inspected and attended the issue in timely and in a very professional way. He asked me to reach out to him if by any reasons, problem persist. My chimney wood and trim was prematurely deteriorated, i.e., falling apart, and needed some TLC.  The company replaced the trim with much better material and caulked and painted the chimney in no time at all.  It would have been less time if a rainstorm had not passed through.  Very reasonable price was offered and readily accepted.  Ivan also stopped by and took a look at the completed repairs.  I would use and recommend Ivan and Company for any work you might need! We heard an animal thumping around in a chimney. Called New Elite and one other contractor. They were really busy, but finally made it out. Their tech got up on the roof and found the huge hole an animal (raccoon?). They gave me an estimate for covering it with metal and installing new siding. The estimate was so reasonable, I called the other contractor and cancelled.
