New Elite Roof was highly recommended when I was shopping around for a honest, reputable roofing company. Ivan came to my home and explained step by step ( in writing) all that was needed to be done with a price quote. I found Ivan to be remarkably honest and sincere with my roof issues. He showed me pics of all the damaged areas without any unnecessary pressure to get the work done with his company. Because of his honesty, I decided to go with New Elite Roofing. His crew came on time and worked extremely long hours to finish replacing my roof plus some additional work (I am grateful for their help). Ivan was constantly updating me via text pictures, and explaining what was being done daily so I could ""see"" the progress of my roof. Ivan definitely exceeded my expectations with this project. I had a lot of anxiety going into this project, but his constant re-assurance and seeing the work being done so professionally calmed my nerves. They also replaced all of my gutters and down spouts, and they look beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Ivan and New Elite for any roofing project. YOU will not be disappointed. I would give Ivan 10 STARS if I could. I will continue to refer him. Thank you Ivan and New Elite for making my home look so beautiful now.

Ivan is highly responsive & I can not say enough about his attention to customer. We had him install 5 bathroom vent roof caps. He gave us a fair price & crew showed up on time. If you want a no stress job done call Ivan. My experience confirmed that his review were right on point. His crew accidentally left a couple of nails & he personally came removed the nails & cocked holes. You will not get this type of service from other roofers. Thank you Ivan!!! Ivan and his team did a great job on my house. I got several quotes and theirs was by far the best price. I needed all the fascia and soffit repainted, some needed to be replaced. Chimney needed to be replaced and repainted. There was flashing that was loose between the windows and the bricks. The team worked well, and fast. I got several drops of paint onto my brick and front entrance, but it was minor. Overall great job.
