Shout out to Christian as our site supervisor for a major bath remodel as well as D Smith and Zach. Dust barriers were set up to minimize impact to adjacent areas. Workmanship was excellent. Christian was very hands on, especially at the end when just minor items needed addressed. Project completed on budget. New Beginnings would be at the top of my list for any future projects, and I would request Christian as my site supervisor.

I cannot speak highly enough of New Beginnings construction company. After having companies deal with my roof in the past 25 I finally found a company that will stand beside their work and provide stellar quality and workmanship. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong roofing company two years ago and Beginnings had to replace the faulty roof that was provided again with my luck with this roof. It did have a leak but this time I didn't have to worry about. The roofing company not coming back to fix the issue. New Beginnings made it very easy for me to call and they not only fix the roof and replaced a section of tiles. They had the men come in and paint the fix the ceiling and wall from the lake without any hesitation. Their warranty for their workmanship as well as the tiles is one I've never seen in 35 years of owning a house and dealing with a roofers., Blake with my first salesman and now Michael and he did not miss a beat in getting the roof fixed. Thank you again, New Beginnings!

I called requesting an estimate for a bathroom (gut) renovation with plumbing repair (valve replacement, bathroom plumbing running thru kitchen ceiling, kitchen ceiling drywall repair) and was told in no uncertain terms that this company only does TOTAL home renovations, ""like at least a kitchen and a bathroom"". And furthermore they are booked solid for the next 6 months. I advised that 6 months is fine but then again was told no...so don't believe their claim that they renovate bathrooms!

Blake and the entire team could not have been more helpful and professional ! We had Allstate insurance and they fought our hail claim every step of the way. New Beginnings stuck by us and did a very good job on our roof. Their cost for the new roof was also lower than the other two quotes we had ! Totally satisfied !

Wow!!! I want to take a second and say how thankful and impressed I 'am. I found a leak inside my home and called them out to check the roof. Blake arrived on time and looked at the interior and then did his inspection on the roof. He came down and showed me all the hail damage to my roof and metal on the roof. We filed a claim and he met with my insurance company and got my full roof, interior and screen porch paid for! Blake made the insurance process very easy and managed the whole claim from start to finish so I didn't have the headache of making sure they didn't cut any corners. You can tell Blake takes pride in what he does and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance claims. This can make or break a claim. David (D) the project manager scheduled everything with me. The roof looks amazing, and the cleanup was beyond my expectations. I know Charleston has a bunch of roofing companies but if you have storm damage, they are your go to. I can't say enough about Blake and the whole New Beginnings company. I can absolutely see why they got voted Charleston's #1 Roofer

We used New Beginnings Construction for a new roof on our home in Fall 2020. Our roof was 15 years old and had some storm damage, and we noticed a leak over our back porch.

New Beginnings was great to work with. To look at our leak, they quoted us a 10-12 AM arrival and arrived at 10:17. They placed a tarp over the leak for around a week until the day we got the new roof. The representative, Blake, was quick to return calls- which seems rare these days- and we would consider New Beginnings for any future home repairs.

The roofing process lasted a day and a half, and the workers were professional and busy. It is loud, so if you're working from home thanks to COVID, you may want to find a coworking space or coffee shop.

I worked with Blake and the team over at New Beginnings post Hurricane Dorian and I honestly cannot be happier with the service and support I received (not to mention a BEAUTIFUL new roof!). As a first time homeowner I truly had no idea how to work with my insurance company post storm and Blake was incredibly patient and helped me throughout the entire process. Not only did he guide me, but he spoke with my insurance on my behalf multiple times to ensure they had absolutely everything needed to make the coverage / payments as seamless as possible.

Once the project was started they were beyond diligent and quick - showing up on time (8am!!) and finishing within two days of the start. I was so impressed at their work ethic - especially when you hear so many horror stories of roofing companies. The work they did to repair the interior damage was absolute perfection. Their attention to detail and even working with me to complete a couple of additional projects was fantastic.

I truly cannot say enough nice things about this company! If you are on the fence (pun intended) on hiring New Beginnings do not hesitate, you will be 100% pleased with their work!

This company in one of the best around! Shaun replaced the flashing on my chimney, he was incredibly professional, polite, and wonderful to work with. Although I'm sure it was no fun to work in the heat of July, he never complained and did the job quickly and professionally. I'm so happy that I chose them, from start to finish I had a wonderful experience with this company. I will gladly recommend them to any of my family and friends!
