Nery and his team were reliable, stayed on budget, finished both projects within the range of the estimated completion date, and were very easy to deal with. I appreciated that it's a smaller company and he really takes the time to understands your needs and your limitations. I found him to be honest, flexible, and very accommodating. Nery is a craftsman who does beautiful work with his team. He rebuilt a very large hillside deck on Ridge Road in Novato for a client of mine. He also rebuilt the exterior stairs, walkways and a retaining wall. It was first class work for a very reasonable price. His work added much more value to the house than it cost. The neighbors, who all have hillside decks were very impressed. He is licensed and he carries workmans comp. insurance so you will be protected.

When we had some problems with the City of Novato (through no fault of his) Nery made numerous trips and visits to the City on behalf of our client. He made drawings. He met inspectors. He worked very well under pressure with a difficult client. Without Nery's help we would have been in a world of hurt. Nery returns phone calls quickly. He under promises and over delivers.

Nery's Elite Carpenters are hands-down the best contractors I have ever worked with. The owner, Nery, is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, resourceful and adaptable. He's the guy who stays calm when issues come up and the one who finds the cost-effective solution. Construction can be a painful process, I have been through many projects and I know, but with Nery by my side I feel confident that it will get done professionally and on-budget. Also, his staff are great people and really know their stuff. They work cleanly, professionally and get the job done without hassle. I can't recommend him highly enough!
