Nilesh D.I had a leak in my roof, so called Nemmer roofing. They did not do the job correctly. Unfortunately there was no way for me to find it out until the next rain. When I called them again (after couple of months when it rained) they kept avoiding me by making false promises (we will come over next week, next Saturday etc) but they did not show up and never called me back.

The team he sent out to roof our house (in the Santa Cruz area) was professional and attentive to detail. When they were done with the job they made sure we were happy with the outcome prior to leaving the site. I received bids from other companies, but i didn't feel like the customer service piece was there like i felt with this place. I'm so happy with our new roof and the wonderful, painless experience we had with Nemmer Roofing.
