Just got our roof done this week and I am very happy with the work. When I first contacted the company, Thomas came over and checked where I had leaks. He took pictures to show me the areas and then explained to me the different layers in the roof. Out of the other quotes I got this was the best price and he was also the most responsive. The company also got the permit required from the city. After they acquired the permit they ordered the color shingles we wanted and then came and took off the old roof in one day and then the new shingles was delivered and they put on the new shingles in one day. I was impressed at how fast they were. I would really recommend getting a quote with this company and working with Thomas!!

We had our roof redone a few months ago. Nema roofing was very professional and they wanted to make sure we were happy at the end of the project. The owner, Adam, showed up in person on the day of the project and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He supervised the entire project and made sure to place the gutters exactly where my husband wanted them and even had his workers fix one that was facing a different direction than we wanted. His guys worked fast too! We received 3 quotes and Nema Roofing was very reasonable in their prices. You really have to look at the details of the offers when deciding on who to go with because it is not always comparing apples to apples. I would definitely hire them again for a new roof! Customer service was excellent!

I've owned my home for just over 14 years, so I never had to worry about replacing the roof until now. To be honest, I was terrified of the whole process, getting estimates, pulling permits, financing the project, taking time off work to monitor my house should issues come up, clean up, etc. We got 4 different bids for the roof replacment our little 1950s house. We decided to go with Nema Roofing because my research showed the materials they would use was high quality, they provided the best warranty and the price was a honest value. ( Lets be honest wood and other materials are expensive. The entire team was respectful of my property, but I feel they cleaned up extra well because I have a puppy that loves to put everything in her mouth.

Nema Roofing came highly recommended by my realtor. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Nema Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work.

Most homeowners under appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold.

Adam and Thomas have been great to work with so far. My house was damaged in the storms. I definitely need a new roof. First of all, they came out almost immediately and were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Also, and I CANNOT possibly stress this enough. Since they knew I would be tearing down the damaged part of the house, he advised not to do the roof now. To wait until we rebuild. That sort of honesty and integrity is rare these days. Other roofers offered to do fixes and patches for loads of money. Anyway, grateful I met them and look forward to working together in the future!

I had a bunch of roof tiles pop off on my 2 story home. Thomas responded quickly with a very fair, flat rate estimate. We agreed on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend for repair. He called ahead of his arrival and was fully prepared when he did arrive. He was extremely professional and went the extra mile with inspecting my roof, caulking, some cracks that I had, and repaired a slipped tile that I did not even know I had. No extra charge for that inspection either! Thomas is a wonderful person! I would highly recommend this roofing company to any of my family and friends.

This team was fabulous on replacing our roof here. The price was fair and more importantly to us, the work was done on time and accurately. Adams team showed up when they were supposed to, kept in constant communication and cleaned up when they were done. Our house was built in 1997 so this year we've seen more than our share of home repairs and hired companies to assist. In a few situations, the other companies seem to not be concerned about their quality of workmanship but I will tell you that Nema Roofing is very professional. Just had some roofing repair work done to replace some cracked tiles, repair the flashing, and clear debris. From start to finish I was a great experience. Adam came and inspected the roof a couple of weeks after I contacted the company. He took some great pictures to show me what type of work would be needed. He called a couple of days later to set up a repair date and made sure I understood what would be on the contract and to see if I had any other questions. Adam arrived on the day we had agreed upon, and he was early. I just received the invoice and pictures from Nema of the completed work and the roof looks great. The new tiles are up and the flashing resealed, and the debris cleared. Now I feel a lot better about the upcoming rains.

We are very happy with the work Nema Roofing did for us. We highly recommend them. Tito came to check our roof and discuss our needs. We were not pushed to replace the existing roof, Tito was very realistic indicating that our roof is old but it may have some life left in it. After we decided to replace the roof, the contract was very detailed and clear, the price was fair. During the entire interaction with Tito, Adam, Jonathan and the rest of the team from the very beginning to the end, they were very professional and efficient.
