Nema Roofing did a great job replacing the 50 year-old roof on our mobile home in Goleta. Ron was our project manager; he and his team always responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions and concerns. All aspects of the job were satisfactorily completed and on time. Half the plywood decking needed replacing and when the job was finished, it looked like new.

Now that a few storms have passed through without any water issues, we're confident that the job was well done and will last. Many thanks to this company and team of professionals.

After requesting someone to inspect a potential problem with my roof, I got a immediate response from Pete. He informed me that he could be by my house at noon. He was there at noon. I showed him what my concerns were and he immediately explained to me what the challenges were and what it would take to fix and repair my roof. He was very professional and polite. We have a 30+ year old tile roof which needed to be redone. Nema Roofing was recommended to us and we called asked for a quote. Adam contacted us and came out to check our roof. He took the time to educate us on the process to replace the old paper and reinstall the tiles. Adam sent us the quote promptly. The quote was reasonable and thorough - it included the recommendation to add some roof vents as well. Did a great job communicating with us. He also coordinated with the team who had to remove our solar panels and reinstall them. He and his team were hard working, efficient and delivered what was promised. They completed our roof in under 3 days - just 5 days before the tropical storm hit.

I highly recommend this company for roof repair or replacement! My house is on the older side, including the roof, and has been in need of some repairs. I found NEMA Roofing Solutions through Yelp and saw they were highly rated. Jonathon was my project manager and he was great, was super helpful and they were able to redo the roof right away. I thought it would take a week to complete but they were able to replace the whole roof in only 3-4 days, super quick. Shoutout to Juan who oversaw it all. I also had my attic re-insulated and rodent proofed, which they were able to do alongside the roof, took them less than a day to do it.
The cost in total was a lot but from what I saw online it was within range of what you should expect for the work I had done. The roof and attic look great so I'd say money well spent.
They included these vents in the roof that are really great for air circulation, especially in my garage where it used to be so stuffy.
Not long after the roof was completed, one of the shingles had fallen to the ground. I was a little worried at first but when I brought it to Jonathon's attention he was quick to get it replaced and had even double checked the roof for me to locate the exact spot for the repair.
I'm super happy with the result so if you are looking for quality and efficiency I recommend NEMA.

These guys are the best! 2 days before the rain started we noticed our roof was worn out - especially in one corner.
Mike came out immediately to assess the problem and give us a quote for a patch to get us through to next summer. The next morning Mike and Harry showed up promptly and worked all day to get the roof protected. They were professional, courteous, and respectful. They even came back a few days later and applied 2 more coats of the protective cover for free! Very happy. (:
