We live in Redlands and needed a tile reset on our leaky roof after 33 years. We had an excellent experience using NEMA roofing solutions for many reasons. Let me just highlight 3 of them:

1) Superior Communication- NEMA was in constant communication with me, from the initial telephone intake encounter to the first in person consultation with Vic (great guy), throughout the entire course of repair work up until the completion of the job. This was so refreshing and a really big deal for me. On previous large home improvement projects, it was always up to me to try and hunt someone down or hound them into giving me information or figuring out when they were going to show up. That is not the case with NEMA. I always knew exactly what the plan was with my project. A big thank you to Vic, Kori, Thomas, Rene and others that I have currently forgotten the names of.

2) First-Rate Professionalism- The other reviews mention just how knowledgeable the people at NEMA are. I whole-heartedly agree. They ask very thoughtful questions and provide options based on the responses. Thomas had great expert advice and I was able to make informed choices based on this. At no point did I ever feel like I was getting high pressure sale tactics. What I did feel was it seemed like everyone at NEMA truly enjoyed their job and sincerely wanted me to be happy with work that was done. Regarding the work, it took about 3 weeks from the time I signed the contract to the time work began. The roofers showed up every day punctually. They worked long hours and always cleaned up at the end of the day. And they completed the job promptly. I have a 2000 sq. roof and the pitch is pretty high. They were able to finish it in 5 working days. From what I can tell, they did a top-notch job. Stellar workmanship which had no issues passing city inspection.

3) Timely Responsiveness- During the natural course of the project, a couple of unexpected minor things came up. Rene, our supervisor, took it very seriously even though they were quite insignificant. He solved the issues quickly. I didn't have to worry. Thank you so much, Rene! This is something I really, really like about NEMA- they take responsibility and ownership of the project so I don't have to go through the headache of getting them to take responsibility and ownership.

In closing, I highly recommend NEMA roofing solutions. There are certainly less expensive alternatives out there, but I don't think are better ones.

NEMA Roofing was a delight to work with. They were polite and professional evey step of the way, from the initial consultation all the way through till job completion.

The actual roofing job took 5 days to complete. The workers started every morning at 7am and cleaned up everything daily before leaving the worksite. And let me tell you, this was a relief because a lot of nails and debris fall off the roof during the work, and I was very worried about my dog stepping in any of it. Additionally the worker did their job without ever needing to go inside my house, which again was great because my dog would go crazy if a stranger was inside the house.

The final result of the roofing job looked great and the costs was exactly as stated on my original quote. The were no hidden charges or anything like that. Overall I'm glad I chose NEMA Roofing to do the work.

We contacted Nema to fix a botched roofing job that joined to roof parts and had gotten leaky with all the recent rains. We also needed a few panels replaced. Adam and his crew responded quickly and professionally. That gave us a quote to replace the whole roof just in case we wanted to but our roof was still in pretty good shape and it didn't need to be done. We really appreciated his honesty, because another roofing company told us it needed replacing and we knew our roof wasn't that old. They did the patch work required charged a good price and there was no leaking after a good amount of rain. When we do replace our roof we will be calling them

12/5/24 we had a new roof installed by another company. When the Southern Calif wind storm hit 1/7/25 the backside of our new roof was destroyed. The cause of our misfortune was due to poor workmanship. We contacted Nema Roofing for an estimate. They came out immediately. They offered the best warranty. 2/15/25 they installed the backside of our roof. During the time they were installing the backside of the roof there was always a manager on site to answer questions. The communication was wonderful. Never had an issue trying to reach management. The entire crew was professional, polite and knowledgeable. They did a great job on

After the great experience of getting an estimate with Jack, we decided to go with Nema for our roof replacement. Jack (project manager) was always communicative from the start of the project. They provided photos for any items that needed to be discussed. Each day they were finished on site, they would clean up the ground around the house to ensure there was no mess left behind. They were very easy to work with and the job was completed without any issues and in a timely manner. The communication and professionalism shown by the entire team was excellent. Price was also competitive compared to other companies. We don't expect any issues with the new roof, but if there happen to be any, they provide an extensive warranty on their labor and will come back to make any repairs needed. Would highly recommend Nema for your roofing needs.

We used Yelp to get into contact with several roofing companies. Nema Roofing responded quickly and scheduled a consult. Jack came on time and wrote up a quote on the spot. He listened to everything we wanted and answered any questions and concerns we had. He was also easy to communicate with through calls and texts on any questions that came up during the entire process. After we signed the contract and scheduled the work days, Jack and his team came right on time and explained the plan. I was very impressed by their professionalism and workmanship. When they were done, he highlighted certain areas where they took extra care to protect against rain and water intrusion. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and am looking forward to the rain season. While we did receive cheaper quotes from other companies, we are very happy to have gone with Nema Roofing and would recommend them to everyone I know

It was a true pleasure working with Jack. He was very responsive and respectful. We had our roof replaced and a solar attic fan installed. He made sure the project was completed timely and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His work crew was so fast and made sure to pick up after themselves. There was a chance of rain, and he and his crew came out at night to make sure that any exposed areas were covered. His price was fair, and there were no hidden fees that arose during the project. Nema Roofing replaced our roof a couple of months ago and we're extremely happy with the work they did! From the beginning, Thomas and Jack were friendly, informative and helpful. We sought out several bids and theirs was very competitive and made the most sense for us. We were impressed with how knowledgeable and detail oriented Thomas was and what we would get for the cost. We didn't think we could afford a solar roof but he demonstrated that the solar tax credits we were eligible for brought it well into the range of our budget.

Once the work began, we found the workers to be fast, efficient and obviously highly skilled professionals.
