We used Nema Roofing to replace the roof on our ~80 yr old, ~1600 sqft San Bernardino home with both a sloped, shingled section and a flat torched on section. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed. The initial quote came in at a great price, and everyone in the office was easy to work with to get the job scheduled. I have to also mention that they're extremely punctual- something I value a lot as somebody trying to coordinate house work with a busy work schedule! When they said they would show up at 7:30 AM, there was a knock on the door at 7:30 AM.

When it came time to start the project, Adam was our project manager, and he oversaw everything very smoothly. I couldn't believe how quickly the crew worked, knocking everything out in two days. There were a few unexpected complications that came up in the process (dry rot, etc.), but they managed all of that without issue and at minimal cost.

If I had to do it again I'd work with them again. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

Nema Roofing is the go to roofing contractor. Adam and his crew are the best. They replaced my wife's asphalt shingle roof which was in need of replacement. They also replaced the old style ""whirlybird turbine"" with newer low profile style roof vents and added a solar attic fan. This company does excellent work and is very respectful of your yard and its surroundings. I've used Nema Roofing for pre purchase home roof inspection, work on rental properties and have referred this company many times to friends and coworkers. We had a great experience with this company and will continue to recommend this company. Thank you Adam....you're the best.

Working with Thomas was a good experience. The estimate he provided was reasonable, and the job started within a couple of weeks after signing the contract. Thomas maintained regular contact, keeping me updated on the daily schedule and progress (he provided photos too). The crew worked hard and ensured the staging area was cleaned daily. The flat roof section of the house was repaired and the silicone overlay looks brand new. They repaired and replaced the other part of the roof with new tiles which look impressive as well!

Thomas was great to work with. High quality work and very fast. Quoted price was in line with other bids we received. Unfortunately the flat portion of our roof required additional work so final price went up (understandably). Harry was very nice as well.

Few negative comments... (1) cleanup was not as thorough as I'd like to have seen. lots of nails still in the yard. I know they went over the walkways with a magnet, but lots of aluminum nails were missed. My son found a whole bandolier of nails (20-30?) in one of our hedges. We're still cleaning up the leftover debris. (2) They tried to charge us a several hundred dollar permit ""runner fee"" (fee to file the permit). Contract never listed this fee. (3) They asked for final payment BEFORE final inspection was performed and proof of permit status was provided.

Overall, workmanship was very good and time on site was short. Nema needs to make sure customer is 100% satisfied and job signed off by the city before asking for final payment.

Hired Nema roofing to remove and replace the cement roof tiles, adding new material beneath. Adam was very friendly and professional and had a very clear contract sent via email, which we agreed to, and asked to be placed schedule. Adam arrived at our house at the scheduled time and introduced himself. Adam was very courteous and professional as he surveyed the project. Work began immediately and was completed within a few days.
Adam found some areas that were not properly done by the contractors who did the original roof, and fixed these at no additional charges. I highly recommend this company, especially for residential work, as there was no music, foul language, or trash left behind.

Hardly know where to start, I have been putting off replacing our roof for many, many years, but after the recent past downpours we were so tired of covering the furniture in the living room and putting out the buckets, it was time. I interviewed four roofing companies and one stood out above the rest. Although price was a strong concern, it carried no more weight than how I felt about the professional,communications and products the company displayed. Nema Roofing met all the requirements. After signing contracts and setting a proposed start date, the company kept me well informed of the actual starting date. When the crew arrived, they were all in matching shirts, The project took three days, the workmanship was precise and in an orderly manner. All the crew were respectful to our property and cleaned up nightly.

Nema Roofing re-roofed our small condo building in San Bernardino. They were so good to work with. The roof looks great. I always got a prompt response to my questions and requests. The entire crew was so accommodating. I understand that their crew is all employees, not sub-contractors like other roofing companies. All employees seemed to have a good attitude about their work. I feel like we got a great product and good workmanship the price is higher than most but the job and security I feel choosing Nema Roofing is definitely 100%. The company has been around for decades and unlike a lot of others who spend a fortune on TV advertising, Adam seems to rely on word of mouth and personal recommendations. Highly recommend them!

I needed to redo the roof in preparation for solar panels. Adam came out and assessed that the roof needed plywood as the existing one was soft. I did my due diligence and shopped around while corresponding different options with Adam. In the end, Adam personally called me and assured me quality workmanship and would work to accommodate our needs. They were above the quotes I had received but I felt a lot more safe if their hands when it came to roofing.
