John at Neligan Construction and Roofing did an amazing roof repair on our home. It was a very small job and they were more than happy to help us. John did a great job and took the time to find the right siding that only one company had. He did some research and found them. We are so happy with the work and care John took. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I live in Nocatee and had some water coming in through the top of a window during Hurricane Ian. Due to the nature of the water leak I wasn't certain if the issue was caused by the roof, siding or window so I reached out to Neligan Construction. They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. Reliability of this company was the best I had ever experienced, and I can't recommend them strongly enough. I will be reaching back out soon for new gutters. We consistently saw his team in our neighborhood. His reviews are all positive. My husband was extremely happy after meeting with Brian so we made our decision to have him take care of our roof. I had contacted six other roofing companies after I got an estimate from Neligan's; the other roofing companies either stood me up, gave a quote twice the amount of Neligan's, or said they were too busy and didn't want a job this small (removal of chimney/patch hole).

After contacting Neligan's stating that I would like them to do the repair work, they kept me updated and were honest (that they were very busy, but they would work this project in asap).
They were able to repair it before the original date and Matt and Chip were very nice and professional. I wanted to save the bricks and I said they could stay where they landed in the yard/that they don't need to do any extra work moving them anywhere. When they finished, the bricks were in a nice pile :)

THANK YOU for making time for my small repair job- it made a world of difference to my family. I strongly recommend them and will use them for larger roofing jobs in the future (if only those other companies realized that even though this job may be small, I could be a future customer with larger projects).

I have known Brian on a professional level for many years. When it came time to fix my room. I called him. His price was great and he jumped on the project and finished much quicker than we expected. His team was great and really made sure there were no nails or other trash left behind to cause damage to my vehicle. Since that first roof. I have had Brian repair and replace several others on rental properties. If you are looking for a new roof or someone who really treats customers right, give them a call.
