Erricka P.Amazing!! Wonderful Company!!! Two years ago, my roof suffered damage due to wind and hail. My insurance adjuster came out and said the damage was minor and basically dismissed the claim. I knew my roof had been damaged but didn't know what to do. Fast forward to a few months ago, the roof they claimed to have minimum damage started leaking in my little's girl room. Insurance adjuster came back out and said it was only that part of the roof that had been damaged and they weren't going to replace the entire roof. Thankfully, a friend gave me a business card of Andrew Caufman with Nela Roofing. He came out assessed my roof and then sat down with me while I called the adjuster. Thanks to Andrew's expertise, he was able to get my entire roof approved by my insurance company in just few days. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Nela roofing to anyone looking to purchase a new roof or having trouble with your insurance company denying your claim. I really appreciate Andrew for taking the time to help me. If it wasn't for Andrew and Nela roofing, I would still be fighting with my insurance company. Thanks again! 10 out of 10!
