The lack of responsibility is impressive! Jose called my husband a liar when we confronted him on damages. Jose claimed his crew didn't move out stuff but later recanted. Never apologized. My 54 Chevy was littered with debris never covered or suggested covering. Dry rot to part of roof was not fixed and when brought to their attention they just applied the flashing and called it good. The side of my light colored home now has black smudges from the roof debris. My security camera has a nail thru the cables making it useless. Talked to Kris AND Jose and we're told the same thing every time ""we didn't do that"" ""that wasn't us"". I would not recommend their services. One star is too much.

During my quest to find a roofer I did my best as a widow to educate myself on the aspects of roofing and ask others for referrals. Jose came out and gave me an estimate along with a sense of security, trust and reassurance that there would be no surprises or extra costs since I was already working with a tight budget. Other companies came out to give estimates but I was very happy with Jose. From the beginning he made me feel confident in my decision to hire him and made himself accessible for any questions or concerns. My roof came out beautiful and will be forever grateful for Jose and his willingness to make me feel confident in his work and also educating me on what to look for in other companies when they also came out to give me estimates. He came out himself when all work was done and did a final look over himself and did the final touches. Passed inspection with no problems. Thank you Jose and thank you for your efficient work crew.

I hired jose to do the roof on my garage. Jose was very professional in all of our dealings. There was Very good communications, and they were very prompt on their start times. It took 2 1/2 days to do the job and I was completely satisfied. They did a Great job. I would definitely recommend them and I would use Neighborhood Roofing again for sure

Our roof had leaked for years after adding a room on to our home. We had it fixed a couple of times only to have the problem show up again (funny how it seems like these things happen at the worst times, but I've never heard of a roof leaking in good weather). Anyway, Jose Aguilar came over, climbed up on my roof in the rain and discovered the likely source of the problem and put a quick patch not it without charging me. He gave me a fair estimate for a more long term fix and left. The problem didn't leak for the rest of that storm. When the storm passed, I called him back to do the long term fix. His crew was fast and clean and I really appreciated the character of a man who did something for me during a storm that fixed a problem without charging me an arm and a leg (because he could have - it was raining, remember?). I would recommend Jose to anyone for their roofing needs.
