We used Neely Roofing to make a repair on our clay tile roof. His tile man was VERY knowledgeable and gave us the repair and info we needed. His company answers the phone, and they came out when they said they would. Rick, himself, called several times to update me on their very busy schedule, and to tell me when EXACTLY to expect them on the day of. They may not be the cheapest, but they were great! As a Highland Lakes Realtor, I have recommended them, and have had clients use them to great satisfaction.

Needing a new roof on your house is a pretty big deal. I interviewed 4 roofing contractors and happily settled with Neely's. Answered all my stupid homeowner questions without a hint of indignity. Price not the highest or lowest but I felt I got the highest end of service and materials. Owner Rick came by almost daily to check progress as well as after job completion to do final inspection & what little cleanup was needed. Looked fine before but even better after.
Also, worked with our insurance company to make sure we didn't go over budget.

I was recently trying to have a roof inspection done on a foreclosure I was interested in bidding on. I ended up coming against a few hurdles, and could not move forward with the house, but Rick was really helpful and accommodating while we were in the process of scheduling the inspection. To start, he answered my request for a bid with minutes. He gave me a lot of information, was very upfront about the limitations of any inspection, and was easy to work with. He was also willing to squeeze me in quickly to help me beat a tight deadline (3 days!) I will definitely be keeping this company in mind for future work!

A previous contractor told me that the screws on my metal roof had deteriorated due to being thirty years old. They replaced the worst ones and some missing ones. I could not afford to get all of them done because their estimate was over 6k. I found screws ALL over my yard after they were done. When they returned to fix a piece they had replaced but forgot to cut, they advised me that I had better get the screws replaced pretty quickly because it was a miracle the roof wasn't leaking.
I called Neely Roofing and Rick, the owner, personally came out a few days later. He checked the roof and gave me a much better estimate than the previous contractor. He also explained everything about metal roofing and repairs.
He had his crew out within a day and they finished in less than two days. I didn't find one single screw in my yard, which was very helpful for my OCD. I searched and searched and couldn't find one! Rick also has videos/photos of any additional problems they find, so you can make an informed decision about repairs without having to get on the roof yourself.
